[Resolved] Wonderchef Home Appliances — Wonderchef Turbo - missing parts in my amazon parcel | |
I had ordered 3 wonderchef turbo products as gifts on the 4th Oct. The order number is[protected]. I received the parcel on the 7th Oct. Since there was a lockdown in Mumbai, the parcel was delivered to the watchman. Two boxes were in good condition and the parts were all in order, the other box was damaged and already open from one side - it had three parts missing from the box - the green round slicer with the blades, the handle of the bowl and the lever to churn things. I tried to make a complaint on the amazon portal and got a message that the replacement would come before the 20th oct. When it didn't come I checked the portal but there was a message saying the date to replace the product has expired. Please do look into this. I have attached the images for your perusal. Please do give me the missing parts or replace the piece. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Consumer complaints has helped in following up with wonderchef. My mails were looked into and although the process was very slow, by reposting updates of the first follow up and time lapses it helped to escalate the problem. After reposting yesterday's message, i posted on Facebook. But as soon as i did this, I received an SMS saying they had couriered the parcel so I took down my post. It arrived late evening and was happy to say that they sent all the missing parts.
