Its been a year or two since I bought wonderchef ceaser fry pan with 5 year warranty bought it in 2019 December. Now handle has been broken badly while cooking .

Few days back there was a smoke which came from the blender while we were using it ...since then we haven't used it

It's been more than 2 months now the product replacement got approved. But I have not received the product. The staff is not helping at all. I have got no response on my mails. I called them every week and they say u will get in 4-5 days. They are not following up with the higher authority. I want to speak to the higher authority now. Else I will file case in consumer court. You are testing my patience now. I will sue the company for harrassing the consumer for one simple replacement.

Purchased through flipkart on 26.06.2020 Invoice no. FAAAGJ[protected].Non stick burnt out.

I have bought purple colour pan set of the company and when i bought i was told that it has life time warranty and the products are of good quality. I was told to use wooden or rubber spatula and wash it with special sponge given to me when i purchased it. But now the thinks which i cook in it got stick to its base.
What is the solution now.

I have purchased 1 OTG and 1 Family griller from M/s Wonderchef online ( Order no. WDCN217697). The items have been received but they have not issued invoice. I have followed up with them but of no use. They ask for everytime for order number but donot issue the invoice.

Sir, I am Dr. Reshma Julka from Surat, I had bought Wonderchef Nutriblend online, I am not aware of Warranty card, some how vI am not finding it. My chopper is broken. Kindly arrange for its repairing or replacement...

I had ordered one product "Turbo Chopper - Lever Handle" on 27th Sep 2020 and made the full payment for the same as per the instruction given by the Wonderchef customer care. However, I haven't received the product till date (i.e. after 42 days). I tried reaching out to Wonderchef customer care over email and phone to know the cause of this delay but every time, I got standard answers like "We are working on the same" or "Forwarded this information to the concerned team". Nobody is giving me the updates as to when the product will be delivered and they even didn't refund my money yet. Such behavior is not expected from a reputed company like Wonderchef

I purchased nutri blend pro, in sep 2019 and now after using my blender a burning smell is coming. I hv replaced the jar also just after using 6 months. Now just after one year of purchase, i again have to pay 600 to use my blender again. The jar also releases greece oil . Wonderchef products are worst . After spending 4000 rs, i have to spend around rs 600 again to make it worth for use.
It is ridiculous that afrer spending rs 4000, one has to spend again .

Small jar rubber is loose

I had ordered 3 wonderchef turbo products as gifts on the 4th Oct. The order number is[protected]. I received the parcel on the 7th Oct. Since there was a lockdown in Mumbai, the parcel was delivered to the watchman. Two boxes were in good condition and the parts were all in order, the other box was damaged and already open from one side - it had three parts missing from the box - the green round slicer with the blades, the handle...

I have logged a complaint in wonder chef that my Sakura set Kadhi was coting got removed, customer care ask to submit all picture of the removed coting along with warrant card and purchased bill.

It was that day and it now every time I call them they say "Sir it approved will dispatch soon"

When I follow up via mail Lady name Noor Khan replay "Extremely sorry for delay ion revert, We have highlighted your concern to our senior team department. We are working on your case and we will update you soon.

Your kind support, Valuable time and patience is highly appreciated."

Wonferchef nutri blend massion was purchased & nt it is coming soo much of sound & aftr running mission the black coloured some oil is presenting in the mission ...And it is hvng 2yrs warranty & still 2yrs has not been finished so plz exchange the goods & present me a new mission sir...

I have purchased Wonderche[censored]ltima Pressure Cooker Outer Lid 1.5L. from online Wonderchef website. My order No-WDCN210410 But the pressure cooker is not working in induction base. I have complaint this problem in your customer care no - [protected] on dated- 18.09.2020. But my complaint has been cancelled as per massage received. My complaint no is MA[protected]. I complaint many time on mail but no response received till date.

I have ordered wonderchef otg 19 ltr on wonderchef website and paid with Amazon pay 3599 order I'd WDCN224533 on 2oct2020 there is no update by when they will send product no tracking ID . Called customer care but there is no proper response they are not even doing cancellation please help

I have purchase Wonderchef Prato Digital 30L Stainless Steel Oven Toaster Griller OTG, 1500W set on 19th sep.It is still lying in Thane and not picked up by Wonderchef and delivered to logistics.So fed up with writing complains in Whatsup no and going through site, i cancelled order today.But i have not recieved any acknowledgement of my cancellation.I still want that product.If Wonderchef is not in a position to deliver than please refund my amount.It was paid through debit card.And if after getting this complain or recieving my cancellation application, i[censored] are in a position to deliver, please deliver as soon as possible and inform me what step u are going to take.

Dissatisfaction regarding the Click 30Cm dosa tawa bought on 27/10/18.

I was assured that this is one of the best tawa and will be replaced if there is any problem within two years.i am surprised that there are coating issues which I am facing hence went to the shop In bandra who suggested me to Call the helpline and register a complain which I did and the complaint number is MA[protected] and then they told me to email it on this id which I am doing.

Is buying a product from Wonderchef a punishment that I have been told to go to the next option for a basic commitment of replacement made by your shop. I really do not wish to buy anything in future from Wonderchef if this is the experience. There is no response yet from them as they do not wish to service customers after sale is done so that they don’t have to honour warranty commitment.. simply cheating customers will never buy from them ever again
