I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the two bar stools I purchased on 14th October 2024. The order was delivered on 14th November 2024 in poor packaging, which likely contributed to the damage of the items.
Upon opening the package, I found that both bar stools were damaged. Additionally, the quality of the product is far below the standard expected, appearing cheap and poorly made.
Despite my repeated phone calls to your customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution to this matter. This lack of support has further added to my frustration as a customer.
I request an immediate resolution, which may include:
A full refund for the damaged and substandard items.
Replacement with bar stools of acceptable quality.
Reimbursement of any additional costs incurred due to this issue (e.g., return shipping).
Please respond to this email within 7 business days to confirm how you intend to resolve this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may consider escalating this matter through consumer protection agencies or legal means.
