Wooden Bazaar — Damaged product received after 3 months

I ordered coffee table from Wooden Bazaar on 13th Feb, full payment was taken with a proforma invoice, false promises were made that this will be delivered within 20 days of order, after continuous follow up of almost every day it was shipped after 2 months and to our surprise the product was not as in picture, broken and damaged. The marble top was made of ceramic tile and low-quality wood used both of which got broken during delivery.
Looks to me a fraud company with no work ethics, only one person named Sahil is reachable only when we try with using different phone numbers, keeps on delaying and saying that it will be shipped in 3 days, 5 days etc. No order updates were sent, no pictures of the product were shared which was all promised during order booking and even asking for it continuously.
After complaint raised of damaged product was promised for exchange in a week and now it is more than a month with no updates and no one is reachable from the company.
Very bad experience with this company, these online portals should be banned as they knock down the trust of the customers.
