Woodenstreet.com — delayed delivery, ancellation not possible, worst customer support,

Order placed on 19-may-2020. As per the website details, the product will be delivered immediately if available, otherwise the estimated delivery is 5-7 weeks. Unfortunately, the delivery has not happened in 7 weeks. Every time, we follow up with customer care, we get the details of the current stage of production but they had no clue about the actual planned delivery date. After multiple call with customer care, all we get know is that it will take another 3 weeks, which means delivery is going to take 3 months for a very simple product.

Product is not delivered as committed. And there is no way to even cancel the order. We tried our best with customer support.

There are many other online furniture portals, that deliver products within a week. We had a really good experience with urban ladder, pepperfry, amazon, etc. Woodenstreet is the only worst choice that we have made. Never again at wooden street. Even, the nearby local furniture shops would be able to fulfill the order within 3 weeks.
