I recently purchased a sandals from Woodland around 5 months back and I am not able to use Velcro at all. it doesn't stick together and removes itself within 5 mins of wearing and not able to walk. It also makes noise when I walk. It is so embarrassing to walk in a silent area.

My order is not visible on the cart and I don’t have its order number as well. I ordered 3 pair of footwear on 20 may 2023 and till now the product is not received or even I don't get a msg from woodlands.please make the delivery as early as possible.I have already tried to contact the customer care they are also not responding.please help me to track my order.
