I have purchased a woodland sandal on 27 th jan23
it has not completed 1 month and not wore regular but broke suddenly today when i was walking on road.
please suggest what to do

I have ordered sandals under order no: OR-2687316 from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/ on Feb 11. Even payment is done. But the product has not yet shipped. When i tried to cancel the order, nothing happens. I would like to cancel the order and get refund ASAP.

I ordered 44 size shoe and received the same however the shoe size is big i was advised to drop a email for a refund once I received the shoe which was done on 21st Feb to customer care but have not received any response. Also when i call the customer care number it never connects to an agent there is an issue with their IVR system. Please do the reverse pickup and refund at the earliest. Damage

I have given my shoe pair for resoling at the mall road shimla from where I had purchased them o 30 Dec 2022...I was told that it will be repaired in 10-15 days... But till today nothing has been done... Everytime I call the shop they just said it is expected to arrive and we will call ourselves... Very pathetic very service... It's be more than 50 days... Please get my shoes repaired... My repair slip no is 118...

I am a regular customer of your reputed brand for the past 15 years. I purchased a half jacket alongwith 2 other items on 01.01.2022 during off season from your store situated at Pheonix Mall, Kanpur road, lucknow. Now while using the same during current winter season for only 4-5 times, I observed that it's foam has shifted from various places and deposited at other places inside it resulting in jacket now looking very shabby. Kindly look into it and resolve.

Ordered woodland causual shoes for men from Flipkart assured seller Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited, Sunsat warehousing Pvt. Ltd., Hadbast No. 23, Village Sanpka, Tehsil Farukhnagar, District - Gurgaon,
Haryana-122503, Farukhnagar, HARYANA, India - 122503, on 15.01.2023 from Flipkart site. Product delivered on 18.01.2023
After opening the package found that seller provided different brand sheos in woodland box with invoice for woodland shoes. I immediately complaint to Flipkart about the issue and the replacement was initiated and approved by seller but on backhand seller instructed the courier service DELHIVERY Courier notto pickup th product. Then DELHIVERY person continually cancelling the pickup giving fake reason without contacting me.Every time pickup intiated received SMS from DELHIVERY Courier that your pickup will happen today but every time it is being cancelled by courier person giving false reason. It seems that seller is not willing to pickup and refund the money. This incident defaming woodland brand value. You are requested to look into the matter and instruction seller to return the product and refund my money.

Return: A request for return can be raised through [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com within 48 hours of receipt of product by mentioning the reason for return.

above notification from the Woodland team and yesterday i have received a shoe which is almost 12 hours, during weekend woodland team is not working to resolve our queries, in this case as per the return policy time will be elapse. hence i am keep on trying to woodland team via customer case number as well as Emails, i am not getting any response from the team which is really not a good sign. hence i need to exchange my show within the timeline.

I have ordered 42 size of shoe and received same size but shoe is big as per normal shoe size standard which I have already have one more woodland shoe, hence I requested woodland team to exchange my shoe with correct standard size, but there is genuine response from the woodland customer team.

In your return policy its noted that within 48 hours of the product delivery.I delivered the product with Order ID : 2677129 on 03 FEB 2023 and i requested return on 04FEB 2023 itself through your mail id : [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com for the reason of size issue.Still there is no any mail delivered regards from woodland side.When i checked my order status still it showing its not delivered in WOODLAND official website.So kindly do the needful...

Hi My Self Shivam . on 1 dec 2022 i Purchased Woodland Shoes From dev Shoes Jagat farm Market Greater Noida (U.P). After one Month Facing Shoes Soul Pasting Issue. I Talk To Shopkeeper And Explain this shoes Problem And Shopkeeper take7 days Time For Repairing this Shoes .And After Repairing one Month Facing Same Problem. I Have Purchased Woodland Casual Shoes rs 31050 After 10%Shop Discount.
What Is tha Woodland quality.
Please Look And Replace & Resolve This Issue.

I bought a pair of sandals int he month of Dec 2022 at Hosur Woodland Showroom with Article Number GD 1033111Y15.
Problem:
1. The press button of in the belt frequently gets unlocked making very uncomfortable in the left sandal.
2. In the same piece the stitch on the upper side brushing aside bottom of my toe and making uncomfortable to walk.
Right side is perfectly fine.
When i visited the shop last evening, I was surprosed to find that the shop is permanently closed at Hosur.
Kindly intervene and solve this issue . I used it only for 4 times and paid 3500 Rs. I need a replacement.

Hello...could you help me stitching my Woodland men jacket

I had purchased a FWR Men sandal GD 0491108Y15 Camel colour size 41 from a nearby store on 16th December 2022, verifying all product documents. The sandals was not on offer and I purchased paying the MRP .After 10 days and hardly after two or three usages the sandal’s stitch came out and it is not in a wearable condition and I filed a complaint on 26th December 2022.In reply to my email they asked me to return the sandals to the store for evaluation.
On 16th January, 2023, I received a call from the franchisee to collect the damaged sandals which they repaired. I had purchased the item on 16th December 2022 and returned it on 26th December 2022 .I’m not ready to accept the repaired sandals as it was damaged due to the manufacturing defect. This is clearly a quality issue and not a usage issue. I was not buying it from a local shop or a street vendor, nor did I buy it on discount offer. I cannot once again bear another embarrassing moment of it being torn infront of others .
From 24th January onwards i started receiving the mail to contact with concerned store and when I contacted the store they had no intimation. I am now in a dilemma to what action to be taken further. As a last resort i am filing the complaint here hoping to solve the issue.
