I have ordered a wallet on 17 oct and its 28Oct and there is no trace of the delivery more over the tracking is out of the website. Is this a scam or cheating people.

    This is from mallesh bm - Regarding order no OR-2571247, i have done these order by 16-10-22 with completed payment, but when i checked after a while through online, it shows object-object, so what time that order will be delivered, pls give some updates on this, & mention ur contact number for further communication, i can't get connected through customer care, it always says "ur call has been recorded pls wait" pls resolve this problem, otherwise refund my money,

            I returned ORDER ID: OR-2532613 / SO-2778263 BLACK CASUAL SNEAKER FOR MEN FGC0H9024261B[protected] and it got picked up last month on 12th September 2022, via Delhivery. as the product wasn't of the right fit.

            Its been a month I haven't received my refund yet. Their customer care number dosent work, they don't reply to emails properly and my 2.6k rupees is stuck. I've sent them my bank details on email 3 times and the return verification but they're still not refunding, even when the product has reached back to them, refer to attached image. Please help

                Ordered a pair of shoes on 3 October 2022 and today is 17 October and stil there is no update on my order and the web site also doesn't show any update on delivery package

                    i purchased woodland shoes on the official woodland site on 30th sep 2022.i have received it on 10th oct 2022 . Its a used product and also a different product. it had small stones in the sole, and a water mark on the shoe which shows thats used . i have mailed them also called them but they have no response

                        Never ever buy woodland products. The customer service is just non existent. They sent me a defected product and asked me to get it checked at their store . There is no such thing as return. I went to their store, got it checked/repaired twice. The problem persists and they are shamelessly asking me to get it "repaired" the third time. 5 months and there is no resolution in sight.

                          I Have ordered a BLACK OXFORD FORMAL SHOES From the official WOODLAND Website on 27/09/2022 .The order No. is OR-2553167.I Recieved the product on 3/10/2022.The size of the product Does'nt suits me.And i was totally unsatisfied by the Product so I'm asking for Product return and Refund.I have mailed the very next day (04/10/2022).I have sent nearly 6 mails and i called Nearly 10 times for the customer care, but there is no response from WOODLAND.Please check this and Do the needful.I Am a regular customer and please Dont lose a Vauable customer.

                            I have ordered an item from Woodland store and cancelled the order on 12 Sep 2022 and yet to get the refund. I contacted the customer care two times and they told i will get the refund with in two weeks. Now its past 20 days and no update on refund. They are not even responding to the emails and queries.
