I wish to complain about woodland brand wallet that I purchased 1st September 2022 through official woodland website. I am complaining because the wallet has defective and look like old one. I'm not satisfied with this product. To resolve this problem I would like you to please take return this product and refund my money otherwise send me a new product. I hope you consider this mail as soon as possible.

I have already returned my product for order no OR-2530944 .when will I receive the refund . It was picked up by DLHVRY awb no [protected]. It’s already a week still there has been no update nor any message or mail from your end even after repeatedly trying to contact you through mail, contact message on your website and your non existent helpline number .

Please treat this as a last and final warning .

I bought a product from woodland online on 16th Aug. The product was very withered and I was not happy with the product so I wanted to return the product. Tried calling customer care and sent more than 5 emails and called to customer care several times but the product is not taken back yet.

I had placed an order OR-2530944 amount ₹1797 . The product was picked up on 3 rd September by DLHVRY awb no [protected]. It’s three days still no response on call or mail .

Sir I want to return my woodland shoes. I have done mail regarding it but no reply from your side. kindly Make it possible as soon as possible.

I placed ORDER NO: OR-2530944 for open tape sandal on 27th august received on 30th august . I am not happy with fit so want to return it I have mailed them thrice, raised complaint on their site twice . Called so many times nobody answers . It’s so troublesome

21.08.2022 I bought a New woodland scandals at Woodland showroom, Vishal d Mall, Madurai, Tamilnadu. Within 2 days Product was damaged, I went to Showroom and give it to services, they took two days after I was shocked, They used FEVIKWIK glue to fix the WOODLAND logo!!! Why these things are happening at Official SHOWROOM......

I bought a boot from Woodland website online but due to size issues, I returned back but till now they had not returned my money. And not replying to my mails also.

I am having troubles with a store(Coimbatore Woodland Store) purchased sandal. Issue was repeating even after service. Returned sandal for replacement but there is no proper response from store. Customer care call goes on hold for more than 20 minutes and no response.

I had ordered a sandal cost rs 3325 from Woodland official website, and at the last stage of payment I payed the amount with the net banking of mine on 28th August 2022 @08.39 pm, payment has been deducted from my account and no order details, no SMS, or mail from the side of woodland,

I placed an order on 26th, transaction was successful but I didn't get any order confirmation from woodland no message, no mail nothing and today it is 29th.I tried contacting through every possible way but woodland won't reply to any mail, customer care contact number doesn't work

I had ordered woodland shoes and initially my upi trasaction got deducted but no order was placed against that payment. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

Firstly, I want to return this order because of sixe issues. Please if you could refund me both the payments to the original payment method. It will be really helpful.

I ordered this shoe on 22nd Aug 2022 for 4795/- COD from official woodland site, and receive it on 25th Aug 2022 but due to some personal problems I want to return the shoe, I raised a return request 26th Aug 2022 through email and have called the customer care more than 50 times but no response from the customer care neither on call nor on mail.

I had ordered a sandal cost rs 3295 from Woodland official website, and at the last stage of payment I payed the amount with the credit card of mine on 27 August 2022 @5:33 pm, payment has been deducted from my account and no order details, no SMS, or mail from the side of woodland,

I have received a pair of shoes (Article No. GF2850118) brown colour size 41 on dated 10.08.2022 vide Invoice No.[protected] dtd. 08.08.2022 against order No. OR[protected] dtd. 06.08.2022.

However this is not a good fit for me and also raised the issue on 11.08.2022. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the return pick-up and early refund.

I have also ordered another shoes from woodland site. Order details ID: OR-2530156/SO-2775438 dtd. 25.08.2022 (cash on delivery) FGF0BI029441A003, size 41, BLACK for your ready reference. Kindly adjust the amount through refund or exchange during delivery of new order and make arrangement for return pick up of shoes of earlier order as that was not good fit for myself.

You are kindly requested to resolve the issue and revert back the response at the earliest so that I can exchange the earlier shoes with new one by paying the balance amount only.

Dear Woodland team,
This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(25th Aug 2022). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I doesnotreceived an email regarding my payment
. There is still no confirmation about my order in the mail.
