I bought a product from woodland online on 16th Aug. The product was very withered and I was not happy with the product so I wanted to return the product. Tried calling customer care and sent more than 5 emails and called to customer care several times but the product is not taken back yet.

        I placed ORDER NO: OR-2530944 for open tape sandal on 27th august received on 30th august . I am not happy with fit so want to return it I have mailed them thrice, raised complaint on their site twice . Called so many times nobody answers . It’s so troublesome

            New Product damaged and Bad Services

            21.08.2022 I bought a New woodland scandals at Woodland showroom, Vishal d Mall, Madurai, Tamilnadu. Within 2 days Product was damaged, I went to Showroom and give it to services, they took two days after I was shocked, They used FEVIKWIK glue to fix the WOODLAND logo!!! Why these things are happening at Official SHOWROOM......

                          I have received a pair of shoes (Article No. GF2850118) brown colour size 41 on dated 10.08.2022 vide Invoice No.[protected] dtd. 08.08.2022 against order No. OR[protected] dtd. 06.08.2022.

                          However this is not a good fit for me and also raised the issue on 11.08.2022. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the return pick-up and early refund.

                          I have also ordered another shoes from woodland site. Order details ID: OR-2530156/SO-2775438 dtd. 25.08.2022 (cash on delivery) FGF0BI029441A003, size 41, BLACK for your ready reference. Kindly adjust the amount through refund or exchange during delivery of new order and make arrangement for return pick up of shoes of earlier order as that was not good fit for myself.

                          You are kindly requested to resolve the issue and revert back the response at the earliest so that I can exchange the earlier shoes with new one by paying the balance amount only.
