Woodland — Payment deducted but no order received

I had ordered a sandal cost rs 3325 from Woodland official website, and at the last stage of payment I payed the amount with the net banking of mine on 28th August 2022 @08.39 pm, payment has been deducted from my account and no order details, no SMS, or mail from the side of woodland,

I placed an order on 26th, transaction was successful but I didn't get any order confirmation from woodland no message, no mail nothing and today it is 29th.I tried contacting through every possible way but woodland won't reply to any mail, customer care contact number doesn't work

I had ordered woodland shoes and initially my upi trasaction got deducted but no order was placed against that payment. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
I have issues regarding 2 orders:
1. Order no. 2528961
Firstly, I want to return this order because of sixe issues. Please if you could refund me both the payments to the original payment method. It will be really helpful.
2. Order no. 2532369- Please...

I ordered this shoe on 22nd Aug 2022 for 4795/- COD from official woodland site, and receive it on 25th Aug 2022 but due to some personal problems I want to return the shoe, I raised a return request 26th Aug 2022 through email and have called the customer care more than 50 times but no response from the customer care neither on call nor on mail.
Kindly help me in returning my order and a smooth refund process.

I had ordered a sandal cost rs 3295 from Woodland official website, and at the last stage of payment I payed the amount with the credit card of mine on 27 August 2022 @5:33 pm, payment has been deducted from my account and no order details, no SMS, or mail from the side of woodland,

I have received a pair of shoes (Article No. GF2850118) brown colour size 41 on dated 10.08.2022 vide Invoice No.[protected] dtd. 08.08.2022 against order No. OR[protected] dtd. 06.08.2022.

However this is not a good fit for me and also raised the issue on 11.08.2022. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the return pick-up and early refund.

I have also ordered another shoes from woodland site. Order details ID: OR-2530156/SO-2775438 dtd. 25.08.2022 (cash on delivery) FGF0BI029441A003, size 41, BLACK for your ready reference. Kindly adjust the amount through refund or exchange during delivery of new order and make arrangement for return pick up of shoes of earlier order as that was not good fit for myself.

You are kindly requested to resolve the issue and revert back the response at the earliest so that I can exchange the earlier shoes with new one by paying the balance amount only.

Dear Woodland team,
This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(25th Aug 2022). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I doesnotreceived an email regarding my payment
. There is still no confirmation about my order in the mail.

Kindly look into this and revert asap.

The order was placed and payment was successfull but there was no sms or mail from woodland.What can I do further contacting customer care there was no response

I purchased one women formal shoes in woodland store dated 12.06.2022. After that the shoes trade was damaged. It's quality poor.

Product got damaged in 1 month purchase. Asked for replacement store refused to so.
Gave me a repair slip.
Try toll number woodland but never reached.

I just ask for my woodland sandal service and showroom reject it and they said we can't do service because you have buy it in online site.

I had ordered woodland shoes online from Woodlandworldwide.com on 17 Aug 22 Order No. OR-2524280/SO-2768715 I received the product on 21 Aug 22. The shoes looks old and used and does not fit properly. I raised the return request on 21 aug 22 and the company is not responding to my request and again on 22 Aug 22 i raise ld return request and still the company not responding. I also called their customer care no. but they are not responding. Please look into the matter.

Hi i had ordered Woodland Sandal on 18th August 2022 and my order no. is
OR-2525437 payment was successful from our end.

I had called the customer care no multiple times on the below mentioned no.[protected] but they didnt received the call and also i had mailed them on the below id ( [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com) not revert on mail too from their end.

Kindly resolve this issue and please send our product as soon as possible.

I was placing an order vide ORDER NO: OR-2505447. This order couldn’t confirmed but money debited from my card. Order is cancelled since more than 20 days but woodland is not refunding even after my repeated mails.

And

Product ordered vide ORDER NO: OR-2506303 found bigger in size. Dueto non availability of just smaller size it was reversed pick up by Woodland but they are not refunding after lapse of more than 10 days and after my several mails in this regard.

Request direct woodland admin to look into the matter and arrange refund of Rs.4496/- x 2= Total Rs.8992/- as early as possible please…
