    I have placed order for this Woodland Olive green trekking shoes on 18th June 2022 with Order no as OR-2478519 worth INR 1997.00
    It was soon returned next day only due to the wrong size and the quality of the shoes.
    I have never received any response or reply to my queries and never received the refund of the same amount yet.

    Please help me getting my money back.

    I tried to contact their customer care but it shows as number is incorrect.

        I already raise several complaints to there mail id till no response from there

            I ordered an article (boot) from the woodland online store on the (delivery Date24). Due to the difference in shoe size, I had to replace it. Though I couldn't find the same article in the stores in Shimla, Chandigarh or Delhi. So considering applying for the refund the best option, but woodland ignore my problem last 3 week, i was try so many time contect with wood land but they not solve my problem, i hop you solve my problem.thanku ...

              I have ordered for a pair of Shoes costing Rs. 4, 797/- and paid via Netbanking and payment
              Was also successful. But no response from Woodland till date, no I am allowed to send them emails. Even their customers care number doesn't respond even being on line for more than 5 minutes. It's so irritating and the amount involved is also high.

              Kindly, provide solutions for this trouble.

                  Ordered the product with order Id 2486205 and I mailed them about the return of the product as it was damaged. Also still in the website the tracking is shown wrong. The customer care number no one picking up I had made around 40 calls and 25 mails to them for the return and they picked up the product. Finally after 3 weeks the Courrier service came and picked the product. The item was bought on cash on delivery so when I asked the Courrier service about the money they have no idea about it. They are not a part of woodland as they are another private service. Then I started to mail the wood land. Time now I had made around many mails regarding the money refund or any updates about the returned tracking. No one is picking up the calls too. I spend 2230/- for the shoes I bought from them. I’m feeling so disappointed. Still in the tracking it’s showing wrong tracking details.

                    I bought 2 belts this week at your https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/ Monday online and I received them just 2 days ago, I am very disappointed with the size of the product. The belt I received is small in size I want to return this product as soon as possible but so far no refund option is visible on the website by woodland and also mailed to their given mail id but no response reminder Also mailed but no reply and also said toll-free number but the call is not pickup

                          I am a proud customer of Woodland. I regret to inform that I purchased a pair of WOODS shoes from official website which are not satisfactory to me (fake and defective product). And the size of the shoes is too big. They have not updated order details in the website. I mailed to the address which they have mentioned in the website ([protected]@woodlandworldwide.com) but I got no reply. Even I called multiple times to the number (1800.103.3445) which is there on the website nobody answers the call.

                                Hello Sir, I had purchased online woodland shoes Rs 2577 and order no is OR-2492386. The product got delivered on last Thursday I.e 14 July 2022. Now I didn't like the product and would like to replace with other one which is very much valid as per policy available in the website. Strange with this company is as per their records whish shows with my login product is bot delivered and is still at their location only. DTDC Courier number is D46034269 where it shows delivered. Somehow it is not update. Now I am scrptical about woodland worldwide website are they doing intentionally not to update and take back the product. Request your help to provide justice.

                                  IRCTC refunds in 3 working days. Which is a government organization.
                                  Mynthra, Amazon, Flipkart refunds within 30 mins of pickup of items.
