I Bought shoes from woodland estore on 04th aug. They got delivered on 07th aug itself but size was bigger so I requested for replacement in just 24 hours after receiving the shoes.
Since then those are kept with me in Complete Original Packaging.
It's been 6 days since then.
Pickup for my order is still not attempted yet and nobody has contacted either.
Also on www.woodlandworldwide.com this order status is not updated even when I have already received these shoes on 7th aug 2022.
I am a regular customer of Wood Store but this is the first time I tried your online store and I am struggling so much just for a size change.
No one picks call on there customer care number [protected] even after waiting for hours on the line.
I tried connecting on email as well but they reply with a copy-paste sorry messages without any solution to my problem.
Please help me to somehow connect to woodland so that this matter can be solved

I have received a pair of shoes (Article No. GF2850118) brown colour size 41 vide Invoice No.[protected] dtd. 08.08.2022 against order No. OR[protected] dtd. 06.08.2022.

However this is not a good fit for me. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the same and early refund.

I have also ordered another shoes from woodland site. Order details ID: OR-2519091 dtd. 10.08.2022 (cash on delivery) FGF0BI029441A003, size 41, BLACK for your ready reference. Kindly adjust the amount through refund or exchange during delivery of new order and make arrangement for return pick up of shoes of earlier order as that was not good fit for myself.
You are kindly requested to resolve the issue and revert back the response at the earliest so that I can exchange the earlier shoes with new one by paying the balance amount only.

My name is GOVIND S KUMAR. I am writing this complaint to let you know about an inconvenience I faced as a customer of your company.

I made an online purchase of Boots- Camel Trekking Shoes ( FGC0C0029751A007, Size - 45) - Order no. OR- 25 07257, from your website (woodlandworldwide.com) on 27 July 2022. I received my order on 3rd August 2022 and upon checking I found that the product is damaged beyond repair. I am entitled to receive the proper replacement but still I cannot avail that option because the shipping details are not updated till now. Tracking order shows that the product is in the 'Ready to Ship' state. I had mailed my grievance letters several times to the following mail IDs - http://estorewoodlandworldwide.com, [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. Eventhough I received an apology letter from the customer care department on 8 August 2022 regarding the inconvenience caused, no further progress had taken place. I even tried calling toll free number - [protected] as per suggested by the customer care department.

As a customer, I am deeply disappointed by the service offered by a reputed company like yours. Frankly, this is unacceptable and that I now have to take additional time trying to resolve the problem. I am asking for your personal assistance for a quick resolution.

In an effort to assist you, I have enclosed  supporting documents, receipts, invoices etc. I would appreciate an appropriate solution for my problem. Kindly note that defective products could mark a dent in the company's reputation and we as customers may never again like to shop with you. I hereby request to please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else I have to stop using your product in an unsatisfactory note.

I ordered backpack bag on 06/08/2022 and I had recieved orders conformation message from woodland the amount 2817 was debited through my upi I'd but while I'm tracking that order number in woodland site it's shown as item still not verified like this kindly help me out this issue... My order number 2514878

I placed an order on https://woodlandworldwide.com after I could not find the exact shoe size from offline store. While placing the order I completed my payment through upi. Even after successful payment, It showed payment failed and could not place the order. I could not find my order on the website at that time. So I moved to another offline store and I got the shoe of my foot size.
Later I saw an email from woodland confirming...

I had bought woodland shoes worth about Rs4, 500. However, the shoes sole is torn with a lot of cracks after about 2 years o[censored]se. The shoes were hardly used. I had expected the shoes to last longer, given the brand and price.

I have buy a woodland product from Flipkart.My sandal was tore within the 3months. I visit the showroom( EA Chennai) to stitch the tore but they are refused to fix the same.
I was ready to pay to fix the problem but they are simply telling we won't do these kind of services. If you will not do the service why I have to buy a branded products. I am not sure the quality of the product also. Attached the image for your reference and invoice. Kindly do the needful to fix my problem.

I have purchased shoe online ORDER NO: OR-2507681 delivered on 01/08/2022. I have a issue with size tried all return channels for return but no response from woodland. I am facing problem in return of shoe. looking for help.

I have placed an order under order No.2506038 and the said order is not yet received. i have paid entire amount of money through UPIOn taking it shows that "your order is not yet verified". Kindly send the product or return money.

I have placed order for this Woodland Olive green trekking shoes on 18th June 2022 with Order no as OR-2478519 worth INR 1997.00
It was soon returned next day only due to the wrong size and the quality of the shoes.
I have never received any response or reply to my queries and never received the refund of the same amount yet.

Please help me getting my money back.

I ordered an article (boot) from the woodland online store on the (delivery Date24). Due to the difference in shoe size, I had to replace it. Though I couldn't find the same article in the stores in Shimla, Chandigarh or Delhi. So considering applying for the refund the best option, but woodland ignore my problem last 3 week, i was try so many time contect with wood land but they not solve my problem, i hop you solve my problem.thanku ...

I have ordered for a pair of Shoes costing Rs. 4, 797/- and paid via Netbanking and payment
Was also successful. But no response from Woodland till date, no I am allowed to send them emails. Even their customers care number doesn't respond even being on line for more than 5 minutes. It's so irritating and the amount involved is also high.

Kindly, provide solutions for this trouble.

I have been trying to reach Woodland customer support for 2 weeks and I have not received any response, i purchased a product from the ESTORE and have mailed them multiple time and even tried to call about my damaged product but they haven't responded

Ordered the product with order Id 2486205 and I mailed them about the return of the product as it was damaged. Also still in the website the tracking is shown wrong. The customer care number no one picking up I had made around 40 calls and 25 mails to them for the return and they picked up the product. Finally after 3 weeks the Courrier service came and picked the product. The item was bought on cash on delivery so when I asked the Courrier service about the money they have no idea about it. They are not a part of woodland as they are another private service. Then I started to mail the wood land. Time now I had made around many mails regarding the money refund or any updates about the returned tracking. No one is picking up the calls too. I spend 2230/- for the shoes I bought from them. I’m feeling so disappointed. Still in the tracking it’s showing wrong tracking details.

The belt I received is small in size I want to return this product as soon as possible but so far no refund option is visible on the website by woodland and also mailed to their given mail id but no response reminder Also mailed but no reply and also said toll-free number but the call is not pickup
