I bought one of the costliest Woodland shoes available thinking that it would be comfortable and would last a ling time.

I purchased a Woodland camel hiking boots. The soles feel like it is made of wood. It is extremely uncomfortable that you cannot even walk properly in it, let alone hike.

But I still used it, due to the heavy price I paid for it. The outer soles broke after 3 years and I had to stitch it again.

Very horrible experience with woodland. Should have bought any other shoe. Anything would have replaced this crap.

    They are not providing the address to which i should send it back to.

    Very poor customer service. NEVER EXPECTED FROM WOODLAND

I called customer care and also send mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. estore is asking to contact care and vice versa.. customer care is saying they will respond in 24 hrs every 24hrs. I'm fed-up with woodland and don't know what to do. Plz help

        I purchased woodland sandal But the due to mismatch of size.. I requested for replacement.
        I sent 4 emails but NO reply on any single email.
        Then I called to customer service then they replied to my email saying that they will arrange pick-up.
        Now since 4 days ..No pickup done..I again called to customer service.. but this time they have Not even responded..

        Good product but worse service..

            I have ordered 5 shoes from the woodland online website. 2 shoes with 36 size and 3 with 39 sizes. they all are of different sizes. 39 size has three different sizes. In this regard, I tried to call their customer care no [protected] but no response. I have mailed them but they don't respond. Now i want my refund in this matter.

              I'm getting no response on email or customer service number for return of shoes i ordered. The shoes are larger for me and also have stains. They are unacceptable. Attaching pictures. I'm leaving the country in a few days and needed new shoes for the same. But no response from your side is making it really frustrating. Take some step immediately. My order number is OR-2461088.                 OR-2432982. I have raised request for return.bcoz footwear was small in size. Which was accepted by woodland after seeing pics of footwear. On 5th May 2022 woodland care said, arranged the reverse pickup and we will initiate refund of ₹4995.00.
                Today 26th May 2022 but no any courier reverse pickup the product. I have send 20 to 25 mails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but no any proper response and helpline no. Disconnecting the call I just want woodland reverse pickup my product and refund my amount to me at the earliest Or tell me any other option for courier. Customer helpline are for resolving the customer issues not for disconnecting their call.

                    I am using product code W[protected] which is woodland black leather sandals for women. i purchased this product from Gurugram Woodland outlet in july 2021. since then I have used the pair sparingly. but to my disappointment the sole is cracked exactly from the center in both sandals. I am a loyal customer of woodland and keep a wide assortment of woodland footwears and apparels. This experience is just snatching away all my trust in woodlands quality.

                      Payment Deducted but Order not placed

                      Dear Woodland team,
                      This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(13th May 2022). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I received an email regarding my payment failure.

                                  Payment done but the order not showing

                                  I placed an order on 1st May 2022 at https://www.woodlandworldwide.com., I received a confirmation mail after making the online payment from [protected]@ccavenue.com( Order no. 2444662); however, when I checked the woodland website for my order, it showed that the order was not verified.
                                  I have constantly been writing an email to the customer care of woodland but didn't receive any reply.
                                  I also tried that customer care number...

                                  I ordered a sandal ( fgc0ce000481b009) from woodland order no. Is 2417365. The product is still undelivered on website as i received the sandal on 22 of march . The product quality was too poor as it torn out within 2 weeks o[censored]se i tried several times to customer care for my concern but unable to contact them as they put my call always on hold and i am unable to return it from website too because it is still undelivered.
