2 din me pasting out 3695 mrp hai i want to claim this shoes h

Received an order which was the wrong size, and have been trying since the last 20 hours to get in contact with the customer care through numerous emails and calls but have not been able to reach out to anyone

I bought shoes from woodland estore on 21st Feb. They got delivered on 23rd itself but size was bigger so I requested for replacement in just 10 minutes after receiving the shoes.
Since then those are kept with me in Complete Original Packaging.
It's been 10 days since then.
Pickup for my order is still not attempted yet and nobody has contacted either.
Also on www.woodlandworldwide.com this order status is not updated even when I have already received these shoes on 23 feb 2022.
I am a regular customer of Wood Store but this is the first time I tried your online store and I am struggling so much just for a size change.
No one picks call on there customer care number .i.e.[protected] even after waiting for hours on the line.
I tried connecting on email as well but they reply with a copy-paste sorry messages without any solution to my problem.
Please help me to somehow connect to woodland so that this matter can be solved.

I had placed an order from woodland website on 24th Feb 2022.Order ID is 2399463.I received order confirmation from CC Avenue. Please let me help track this order. On the website, I don't see the order details. I emailed support, called customer care multiple times . No response so far. I even called the support number mentioned in the order confirmation provided by CC Avenue. The person was so rude, he did not have patience to listen to me . Straight away he cut the call by asking me to contact customer care.

I bought a show from woodland saying lifetime warranty but after an year they are denying taking shoes back, pathetic service..

I have a bad experience with Woodland and I swear not to recommend this brand to anyone. I have purchased a pair of shoes (Article No - [Protected] / Invoice No[protected] worth Rs. 3890 Chandra Sen Singh from Jhansi Sadar Bazar on 27/02/2021.

Only after 7-8 wears does its sole completely fall apart due to a manufacturing defect. I complained about this to the shop attendants and they told...

I purchased FWR MEN SLPPR GP 2181116, BROWN, 44 with order number. OR-2388540 and product found in very bad condition or damaged.
I raised refund through email but nobody replied.
Please look.

On 08/01/2022 i brought a Woodland boot from Aero club Rajpura - shop Near Alps cinema, Rajpura patiala road .
After 15 days on 25/01/2022 The shoe sole was damaged (separated) . The pair of shoes that I brought, both shoes are mismatched, model number is different . After that I gave that boot for repair at Woodland showroom at shimla mall road . On 19/02/2022 i got back my shoes but the repair was not done properly . The glue used in sole pasting spread out and visible outside .
I didn't satisfied for the repair of my boots.
I didn't expect from Woodland . It is very disappointing .

I had made an online purchase for a pair of Woodland shoes on December 25, 2021. Since the pair of shoes are big to me, as per your online policy relating to Return of purchased goods, I wrote an email to your customer care on Jan 7, 2022 requesting for a return. I received a response after 1 day, and supplied all the information sought from the team (photos of the shoes + online email confirmation, since I misplaced the retail receipt that came with the package).

After multiple follow ups, the team finally responded on Feb 4, 2022 informing that my return request had been denied and they have refused to provide any additional information. Aggrieved from the same, I contacted the customer care of Woodland several times but I could not get any answer to my grievances.

The whole return process and undue delay on the part of WOODLAND has caused mental and physical harassment, agony and pain. As a customer, I am within my rights to ask for justification in case my return request is denied. This is a sheer violation of my Consumer rights.

1. That i have purchased article (article no. ND[protected] on 21.09.2021 from your Woodland store Hamirpur (H.P) -177001.
2. That the sole of said article damaged within warranty period and i through your woodland store Hamirpur (H.P) sent the above mentioned article for repair (under slip no. 33) on 16.12.2021 to your concerned woodland repair centre but unfortunately your above stated concerned woodland centre repudiate the claim.
It is therefore a final request is from my side to kindly resolve/sort this issue as soon as possible otherwise failing i will be complled to seek releief from the competent court of law. In that event you will also burden with litigation expenses . Please take complaint accordingly.

I have bought online shoes on 10th December OR-2332902. Since size which I order was misfit for me so I ask them to give 1 size smaller .They said for online purchase their is no change of size. So I initiated the return process and handed over the shoes.

Now it almost 2 months I m yet to receive my refund .

Everytime I call and write a mail they said it's in process.
Please help me get my money back.

As I got I found it's large to me .on tht tym I go for returns .after so many calls n email I didn't get any response.nobody is attending the call nor they. R replying on email

I received used product from the company highly disappointed. This was never expected from a brand.
I quickly within minutes, requested to initiate the return and provided pictures and invoice copy. Despite this no meaningful response from woodland. Its been more than 12 days now but I am still struggling for a proper response.
I am feeling cheated, buying the product online.
I bought the shoes as I have to travel out of INDIA. But woodland pushed me in great trouble. And money is stucked with this worst experienced online shopping.
I am unable to buy the shoes from somewhere else as money is with woodland.

Worst experience. I will never ever buy product from woodland.

I bought a pair of sandals from Woodland. Left unit of the pair makes weird noise which seems to be originating from under the insole near toe. I contacted Woodland for warranty but just by looking at the photos, they concluded that it was not defected and in non-repairable conditon thereby denying my claim. I want a replacement or repair or refund

Since there was no status update for few days and no response from the customer care neither on phone nor email, I cancelled order vied 140808 dt: 9 feb 2022. After cancellation, they sent me an email that package has been couriered. Mere shoes ka soul chut gaya hai

We have purchased woodland LWR 36B Ladies F/S Front open Sweat Shirt from Woodland Showroom Gumanpura Kota Rajasthan. Shirt have developed bubbles on whole Sweatshirt with in two days.

It should be returned back n refund amount as per credentials of woodland company.

Return initiated on 16th January and after so many follow up, someone called & informed, it will be picked up in 2-3 days, but still action taken.
