Can you tell when will my order arrive at the destination address?? Because no estimated time frame is showing on oder details. Also there is no response from your customer service,
And mail service also.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes from their official site online, they deliver me shoes after 10 days after I write 2-3 mails to them!!
After that they delivered me one pair of shoes smaller size than I ordered. When I was trying to connect on their official toll free number, it couldn't connect ..
On email They are giving reply by 2 or 3 days, sometimes they even didn't reply..
They are asking me to go to courier post office to deliver them the wrong pair of shoes, they are not providing pick up facilities..
Now I am asking reason for same they don't even replying, I am Asking them IF I will do Courier by myself then Product will be replaced or I will get Refund, But they don't bother to even reply of my query.. just pathetic and Worst Experience ever.. Their CUSTOMER care executive is not bother to resolve any query, they are like local vendors behaving rudely with you if you are complaining after sales.. They are just sitting their to SELL only.. After Sales they don't even reply.. Now I am Stuck with my money of that One Pair Smaller size of shoes.. Nobody is ### Care to Reply!! Just Pathetic Experience.. Will Never Buy from Woodland Again.. nothing is mentioned on their official site, , expected Delivery date, Expected Return Date, Expected Return/Refund Amount Or anything.. CUSTOMER service is just for Name, Not for Work..

I purchased Woodland brown leather mens casual shoes of 43 size from Myntra on[protected]. Last week I found my right shoe Sole is damaged and there are patches on skin too. I request your self to Kindly Repair or Replace the same.

I have called the customer care number nearly 20 times they just answer and cut my calll...is this is the way you respond to your customer. It got delivered today afternoon..till now you didn't update that it got delivered and you dont even respond to calls or mails..how can i keet return request...this is not at all good...

Awaiting a response and resolution since 2nd January 2022.
Customer service is disappointing. No response coming from them . A scan copy of invoice, footwear images ..have been sent but, no acknowledgement or response is received. I have sent 5-6 emails on this matter. I have requested for contact number too, but they have not replied. Their customer care number also no response even though...

We purchased a pair of women footwear from your Outlet in Jail Road, Fateh Nagar dated 22 Dec 2021 and only after wearing it first time, the pair has some quality issues (1) Threads were coming out from stitches area (2) It is not comfortable at all you can see the pic I have attached, it has effect on the skin (3) The leather from two places was coming out as pasting was not appropriately done or looks like a quality test issue.

We submitted the pair to the store and in first hand they said they would repair it, on number of requests about quality they agreed to keep the pair and confirmed it will be sent for replacement, Today I received a call that they have returned it and will not be replaced.

I am surprised to see customer services of such a world renowned brand, this is not the first time we are using Woodland and we have concerns about this particular pair which definitely have quality issues.

I would request you to talk to your store and we would like to get a refund or use the money for other products as we dont have trust on this pair. We will not accept repair or replacement of the same pair.

We spent money on such brands for quality, reliability, durability and trust.

You are requested to resolve this.

Today I went woodland store in C.P.(Rajeev Chowk). The door guard signal us to wait then wait outside of store for 20minutes and my turn come to go in.

But, Worst level of customer centricity I found there.

The sales persons behaviour was so bad that from entering in store he started fighting and forced us to get out from store immediately.

I went there on occasion of Shaadi to purchase multiple pair of shoes. After all this I have purchased same from neighbouring palaces.

I have only one question at what basis the person are empowered there to fight with customers.

Who have given the power to degrade the value of good brand Woodland and creating a wrong image infront of customer for their whole life.

I have ordered a pair of slippers which I didn't receive yet, but the tracking details showing as if it's delivered. I tried to contact the Delhivery customer care executives at my best but I couldn't reach them. It seems that All the numbers are fake. Kindly do the needful.

I have placed an order for a pair of shoes in September. I did not like the product and been trying to return the product since 3 months.

After multiple complaints, return has been finally initialized this month but without a date and time. There was no response to the mail asking for the details.

Then some random day the agent comes for pick up. I did not know he was coming and could not answer the call. Now the return has been cancelled saying I was not available in the window.
There was no window specified in the first place and the agent called only once.

How can the service be this bad. I would like to return the product since it is not at all the worth it cost.

I purchased the maroon light weight jacket for my wife but in first wash the fabric of the jacket got damaged. Please fix this problem as your jackets are very costly and the quality of the fabric very cheap.

The shoes which I brought was going creak from front and I want you to replace..

Today I bought a shoes of woodland NUBUK DSLMD DNavy 4 from Flipkart and everywherye I see on it that "L" is not written properly of wood'L'and and the shoes doesn't seems fresh. I feel so bad on me. Customer care number is just for showing people faking around but it never works You cannot call on it.

I shopped for 50 thousand on 25th dec… including a defective torn jacket.. which i got to knw whn i removed the tag but within half an hour of buying it.. i called the shop & they asked me to bring it.. now they say it can not be replaced .. my question is where is the trust we ppl hav in such brands if we hav to scan them which noome does before removing the tag… i did ahow them th removed tag though!!! 30 min it took fr me to realise tht they hav sold me a defective piece!!!
