Scandal defected within a week

Dear sir,
I had purchased a scandal from your authrized store located at erattupetta(kottayam disct, kerala) on21th jun 2021, it was gifted to my brother. he is not used almost one month after usage peeled off bottom material on the scandal. may be there was manufacturing defect. Dear Service Desk,

With ref to the above sub, I have given my shoes for pasting on[protected] at
AERO CLUB - WOODLAND STORE, V.R. MALL, ANNA NAGAR.

So far I have not received my shoes back. And also I am trying to contact thru
landline, but no response...

Regarding this issue I have sent a mail to customer care on 1st July 2021, So far I
have not received any response from Service Desk.

Kindly do the needful asap.

      Dear sir,
      I had purchased a shoe from your store located at muzaffarpur on11th April 2021, there was manufacturing defect. Due to lockdown in Bihar store was closed, when store opened on 12th June 2021 I had returned the same for replacement.
      But not yet received any confirmation from store or customer care.
      Behavior of store representatives was also not up to standards.

          Woodland Shoes are wired making noise.

          I have purchased black Woodland Shoes 8 or 9 months ago. But now by few days these shoes started making a weird noise from one shoe of the left leg while walking on the tile floor. That makes embarrassing so much. Earlier I had the same pair of shoes, I used them nearly 2 years and after that they also started making noise.             I have purchased a woodland sandals (order no. - OR[protected] but due to the size issue I have returned the product and its has been delivered to woodland hub on 22 July as notified by the India Post. I have send numerous mails regarding the details and have also called them but still no reply. I need the refund in my bank account and not on my e-wallet. Please initiate the refund.

                Dear Sir, I am Ravindran from Tamilnadu. Order No 2244867 Snaype sandal in e-store woodland world wide through cash on delivery and extra courier charges 150 too.

                I have received the product and un box it I got shocked bcs woodland send some other product than what I ordered.

                I made complaint in email / Woodland

                They asked me to return the product and assured that postal charges of return will be credit to my e wallet at woodlands.

                Till the date No response to send a order product or money .

                If I lodge complaint to there email return mail saying that they were working on it to solve the complaint.

                But not yet problem solved.

                      This is regarding order no 2235764
                      I have not received Ugg tan boots from my order . I requested no of times to cancel my order but no response received yet. This type of behave is not acceptable from a brand like woodland. Your site is not working properly products that I have already received not showing delivered status or return window is also not there. Kindly refund my money back for Ugg tan boots. Looking for your prompt response .

                            I purchased these expensive rs5999 shoes which I only used once and there was a defect. They took my shoes and never bothered to fix or give me any update. I had to keep calling and visiting the margao store Goa India to remind them. They blamed the pandemic. I had a similar issue with Nike and even after warranty period crossed Nike cooperated brilliantly and gave me my refund/replacement. But after speaking to the regional Manager Sandeep who said he would look into this matter didn't help in the end. Said it's a small defect hence didn't do much but sent the shoes after 3 months fixing that defect and telling me to collect it from the store. I will take this matter to consumer forum hoping they help me out here.
