Sole of my woodland shoes have broken and detach from the shoes. Otherwise the condition of the woodland shoes is in very good condition. When I approached the woodland dealers in Guwahati they said that they cannot help me to resole the same. I would like to request you to help to resole the woodland shoes as soon as possible.

Two times I contacted the customer care service they said that amount will be refunded within one or two days but more than 5 days is passed till now I didn't got any refund in my bank account. I had placed an order via online payment and cancelled that order after a few minutes. However, I still have not received a refund for my order. There is no proper reply to mails. Two times I contacted the customer care service they said that amount will be refunded within one or two days but more than 2 days is passed till now I didn't got any refund in my bank account. I done the payment by using paytm

Recently, I bought a defective product from one of the woodland stores..I used it for 2-3 days and found that the right leg pair created a vacuum with the floor which hindered my walking experience...the store manager is not ready to cooperate with us and says its can't be exchanged. Kindly look into it.

I had purchased a pair of shoes from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com which is their official website. However, they shipped a defective pair of shoes to me. When I asked them for replacement via email as well as over telephone, they Allen me to send the defective shoes by Speed Post. I would like to point out that on the company website in return/replacement policy section, it is clearly mentioned that they will arrange the reverse pickup within 72 hours. But in my case they are saying that since I am from Assam, they are unable to provide a reverse pickup. This is not acceptable as the same was not mentioned in the policy. I have mailed them numerous time and explained that since I am employed in essential service, I am not in a position to go to the post office during working hours. But they are adamant and not providing reverse pickup as per their policy.

I want to inform you that I have purchased a pair of shoes from the woodland outlet in ansal plaza, greater noida, Uttar pradesh. while buying this pair of shoes I was assured by the in-charge of woodland outlet that the lower part of the shoes will not break for the rest of my life. but the adhesive you have used is of lower quality and the bottom of the shoes is break or separate from the upper portion.
further i want to inform you that the outlet has been closed permanently.
and i am posted in Patan distt. Patan Gujarat 384265. Now I have to go to uttar pradesh to get my shoes repaired?

I had purchased a shoe from your store located at muzaffarpur on11th April 2021, there was manufacturing defect. Due to lockdown in Bihar store was closed, when store opened on 12th June 2021 I had returned the same for replacement.
But not yet received any confirmation from store or customer care.

I have purchased black Woodland Shoes 8 or 9 months ago. But now by few days these shoes started making a weird noise from one shoe of the left leg while walking on the tile floor. That makes embarrassing so much. Earlier I had the same pair of shoes, I used them nearly 2 years and after that they also started making noise. That's why I bought these new pair of sheos, but these also started making noise in just 8 or 9 months. It's so embarrassing, I could not expect this with the company like Woodland. Is the company can provide any solution? Otherwise I am making my mind that I should never buy a shoes from Woodland, because no body can expect this even same issue again and such quality after paying a high price shoes from the company.

Dear Sir, I am Ravindran from Tamilnadu. Order No 2244867 Snaype sandal in e-store woodland world wide through cash on delivery and extra courier charges 150 too.

I have received the product and un box it I got shocked bcs woodland send some other product than what I ordered.

I made complaint in email / Woodland

They asked me to return the product and assured that postal charges of return will be credit to my e wallet at woodlands.

Till the date No response to send a order product or money .

If I lodge complaint to there email return mail saying that they were working on it to solve the complaint.

But not yet problem solved.

I have not received Ugg tan boots from my order . I requested no of times to cancel my order but no response received yet. This type of behave is not acceptable from a brand like woodland. Your site is not working properly products that I have already received not showing delivered status or return window is also not there. Kindly refund my money back for Ugg tan boots.
