I ordered a pair of shoes from Woodland using their online portal on 1st Feb 2021 and it was delivered to me today on 3rd Feb 2021. I ordered a pair of shoes having blue color, but I received shoes of some other different color. The color of the shoes I ordered is clearly mentioned on the Invoice I have attached.

Wrong product was sent to me. I checked the woodland's website and it was clearly mentioned that I can return the product within 48 hours.
To return the product, I have tried to contact woodland support on their helpline number but it is unreachable. I have also wrote and email to Woodland on their official ID but I have got no reply. I want to return this product but no one from the company is listening to me.

I have received my order today but the boots look like either they have already been used by someone earlier or it is a very old stock for the color on the boot have decolourised to a very visible extent . I don't think even you can call these new products

Worst experience ever...
Is that what woodland is known for?

I've been trying to return the shoes.
but you guys aren't replying on email and reading mail properly ?

I wrote to them for a reverse pickup on 9 jan till date they are playing on emails not responding properly

I like the product on website then order was placed however I have fit issue thus asking to return. That’s very simple

Don’t understand why they are taking much time to respond on mail even.

Why they are not providing services to customers

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 15 years. I ordered an item in January, to which I was told it can be return. However they are not responding now ?? How can they cheat customer through e-commerce

I ordered the two pairs of sandals online and one pair quality is not good. So, i requested to return the product and refund the amount via email to [protected]@Woodlandworldwide.com and they asked me the images of the product and invoice. I have shared the images via email. But, still there is no reply from woodland. And also try to reach via toll free Num [protected](option 1). But, no one is picking the call. It’s really frustrating.

Woodland stone manager says "because your leg is big" hence shoes was broken and stiches are gone...

so now the wood land saying that if ones leg is big, we should not buy woodland shoes?? or Woodland doesnt manufacture if ones leg is big ?? btw it was a new arrival purchased in Dec'2020, and the manufacturing date was Feb'2018, which is almost three years old, so is Woodland saying that 3 years product a new arrival ????

i have given the shoes for repair and its been twenty days so far, I wasted calling customer care multiple times and my emails sent to woodland however did not get any response.

Hope someone from Woodland is listening / reading this to take corrective actions.

Shoe was purchased from Mohan shoe company from Ambala, India, in August 7 as gift and was worn only on Dec 5, not even in single use whole shoe sole start breaking like sand and was brought to shop and registered complaint, disappointed with woodland services, ask for replacement, but till now no response, just excuses, I am not even sure why Aeroclub is involved in this, as owner mentioned, Aeroclub staff need to be contacted???

I Purchased the wood shows from Aero Clum, wood land store 573/3 J.M Road Deccan Gyamkhana, Pune - Phone [protected] . Date of Purchase 28/10/2020, Size 41, 266705 Brown.

Within eight days the Bottom pasting of both shoes cameout so we handedover the shoes to Show room for Repair . They done the Repairing but again the same problem observed.

Again we handed over the shows to Santosh (Name of Show room send person)
Now waiting to get the repaired shows. All this has activity has given lot of truble to me . I am using woodland shoes from last 25 Years but never landed such type of issues. Please look into it and provide roubest solution so the customer should not suffer.

I bought shoes oct 2019 and use to wear 2 or 3 times in a month but from 3 months I am wearing regularly and now my right side foot lost sense in few parts. I am taking medicine for same but now it is very painful so planning for some test. I bought new shoes from Adidas for same reason.
Intension to provide the feedback only, please pay attention and revert.
