I bought a shoe with blue leather lace, once bought the shop person told leather lace will get damaged and i can get a new lace without any cost from any shop.
For more tha 6 months i am searching for leather lace and i am not able to find it from any store.

I had purchased 2 shoes from your Menaxi Mall Outlet on[protected]. I had to exchange one of the shoes (not used), and was waiting for new stock but due to COVID I had to shift to my native n came back this month (November). But as per the sales team here, they say it’s not possible to return as its already crossed the time line.

Taking the COVID pendamic into consideration, I request for an exchang.

I purchased a woodland shoe from your City Mall Showroom Gorakhpur on 22.11.2020 Invno 202009N044C01424 which was a defective piece, but since I liked it I purchased it (because I was told that it is the only single piece available) despite being defective, and I was offered a coupon of 1000 to be redeemed within 3 months, after 5 days i.e. today on 27.11.2020 again I went to the showroom to purchase another shoe, again the piece is defective with a big scratch and I am being told that it is the only single piece left. Sir, there is no compromise solution being offered to me. I even told the showroom owner that if I am offered a discount of 1000 I am still ready to purchase the shoe, which he rejected it. Also your toll free number [protected] is not functioning properly, after dialling 10 times, it is being picked up. I would like to warn you that this is ruining the image of Woodland as I am a customer of woodland from last 10 years.

Hello sir,
I bought three products from your company few months ago. The sole tore in one of the sandals just after using it for 6 months. When inquired about it in the retail shop in which I bought the sandal, the employee replied saying the sole tore because I walk wrongly. That was very rude reply to my complaint and am very disappointed in the product as well as the customer care you provide. I request a refund or replacement for the sandal. I have also attached the bill and images of the torn sole. Thank you

Shoe colour has gone within 6 months.
Shoe quality is not at all good, as shown.

I purchase woodland shoes of 4000 rs just 1.5 months before and now from back side small small defects occur started.

Am the regular customer for woodland I brought one chappel on 15.8 .2020.on tamil Nadu, coimbatore, cross cut road showroom the chappel quality is not good color also fead so I nee the replacement. Am not satisfy on tis product. Pls give me good solutions.

While moving it creates sound

I had returned the earlier received shoe due to the bigger size shoe sent by the company instead of the ordered size. This whole process took almost 20 days and cost me my precious time and money. However, the company has still not taken a serious note about the issue and once again sent a defective product. I strongly condemn this casual attitude of the company and request the concerned authorities to take necessary action since customer service is being taken for granted and this needs to change. Please take appropriate action in this regard at the earliest. Last order number OR-2123750.

I bought a pair of woodland shoes 2 years ago from Vellore. They are very comfortable but they have been making a loud creaking sound in the right shoe while walking. This is particularly loud in cold weather in a place like Kotagiri where I am stationed now. The issue appears to be much lesser in warm weather. It seems that the sole of the shoe or inner part is getting hardened in cold weather and is making the sound which is quite embarassing. Is it possible to get it repaired in a place close to Kotagiri or in Chennai?

I have ordered a sandal on 21 oct. Which was delivered today. My order ID is OR-2107354.
Sandal is small in size and doesn't fit my feet. Kindly exchange or return the product. Send my money back to woodland wallet so that I can purchase some other products.

Kindly return or exchange my order OR[protected] immediately as the shoe I received against this order is much bigger than the ordered size of 41(7). The shoe pair appears to be 43(9) which is impossible to adjust in my feet. I have already put a request to cancel and return this order as soon as I got this delivery but no confirmation has been received by me till now. In either case the order being returned or can be exchanged with the original shoe size, kindly inform me immediately as I am in a dilemma regarding what to do. Please reply.
