Dear madam/sir,
I purchased one pair of woodland shoes from a retail shop in mailanchi footwear. After a few days i contacted falcon agencies calicut for after-sales services, unfortunately, they cant receive my complaints due to their dealership was canceled, then they suggest me to call your customer care.
I didn't get the proper information from your customer care cell.
So i expecting a positive response from the worldwide brand of "woodland"

I had order shoe online on 23.08.2020, but company supplied me wrong shoes, under invoice dated 26.08.2020. I had received shoes on.28.08.2020 and now no one is available for response on customer care no., no one is replying on email.

How to replace my shoes, if it gets delayed they will not exchange what to do...I think no one should buy online ...Stuff at least not from woodland...

Please for through and need response or reumbursement of my money.

But BT 628008 - BROWN BELT IS NOT YET DELIVERED but order status is delivered on 1st September 2020.

Two belts were ordered simultaneously, but one was delivered on 30th August 2020 and this was informed through email but the reply was totally nonsense.

At home always me, my son, daughter, wife are at home itself due to Onam holidays(28th Friday August to 6th Sunday September ) at Kerala state.

It is ridiculous argument.

It is not delivered yet.

Dear sir/madam,

I purchased one pair of woodland shoes on from woodland store in Anantapur . The soul of shoes (Right and left foot) got damaged within 60 days of purchase. The shoes was on 90 days warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defect but i have lost my bill or i can trust the brand name like woodland so i thought that bill is not required for repair or exchange. I am really hopeful that woodland will provide me with a new pair of shoes or repair the old one.

I have attached the photographs of shoes & my purchased statement. Please look into the matter and come with a solution as early as possible. Thanks in advance.

I ordered shoes online from woodland store. The shoes size is small and i am trying to reach to woodland through mail and customer care number but no one pick the call and app doesn't work. I am not getting response. I am trying to reach to customer care throughout the day but no one receives it.
Nobody responds to your mail. As per woodland policy i need to return it within 15 days but how i can proceed if nothing is working from woodland site.

Yesterday my order was deliver. I had been continuously contact with your customer care executive but, no one received call. I want to return my order because of size issue. Please, resolve my refund related query immediately.

Shoes and sandals bottom resold

I have placed an order no. Or-2067700 on 11.08.2020. However, on receipt of the confirmation from woodland, i found that the phone number of the recipient seems to be missing a digit in both shipping and billing address. I tried calling the customer care, a zillion times. But nobody is picking up.
Thus, i had to cancel the said order since i was unable to reach your customer care team after repeated calls and follow-ups.
Kindly assist in this regard. Please refund the amount as i am not interested in buying from woodland website ever as it has been such an inconvenience.

I used it just for a week, and my sandal main part where i keep my leg (Sole upper layer), the spunzness is over and the colour is gone.

It is looking like 1year old product.
Today i went to shop and i asked them to replace it. They didnot replaced and they have said that they will send this product to main company.

I have bought a pair of shoes from woodland on june 15th 2020 bearing order number or-1743008. The shoes are not looking as claimed in the website and the size is too small for me.

I wanted to return the product, but the helpline number [protected] does not get me any response. I have even tried to contact them via email [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com, but no reply to any emails.

I bought woodland boots last year from Dwarka Sec 12 store. The shoes were little ill-fitted and I told them that shoes are little under size but they told me to wear it for 2-3 times and it will expand but shoes are still ill-fitted and I have contacted them but they said shoes will not be returned as you have worn them but when I have told them you told me to wear it for 2-3 times and they said it will not be exchanged now. I just want 1 size up boots. Waited so long for the boots but no one from woodland is hearing me

I ordered a jacket online and paid in cash. After refund request, item was picked up but after 6 months refund has not been provided by woodland team.
Initially they replied but now they have stopped replying to mails and their number is not available always.
