I ordered a jacket which i had to return because of the wrong size.

They have picked the item on jan 11, but no refund has been issued to my original mode of payment till now. I sent emails to them and every-time, they send me the standard reply that the refund is in-processing and will credit in your account in some time.

Looks like dirty and i returned on 12-01-20 to the same shop,

I bought a slipper from woodland centre square mall on december 27 and got damaged within a week. When i went to shop for replacement the behaviour from employee named kamal was very bad. He did not even check in computer to get the bill and refused service. Usually woodland store accept defect within a month and this person was not accepting. When my brother called and asked he agreed to check the bill....
