I have placed an order no. Or-2067700 on 11.08.2020. However, on receipt of the confirmation from woodland, i found that the phone number of the recipient seems to be missing a digit in both shipping and billing address. I tried calling the customer care, a zillion times. But nobody is picking up.
Thus, i had to cancel the said order since i was unable to reach your customer care team after repeated calls and follow-ups.
Kindly assist in this regard. Please refund the amount as i am not interested in buying from woodland website ever as it has been such an inconvenience.

Updated by priti_yadav Either cancel this order and provide refund, or update the recipient phone number without cancelling the order. Just update me accordingly.

Updated by priti_yadav The Customer Care number is 24* 7 a BUSY NUMBER, I have been repeatedly calling since yesterday and not even once has my phone ever been connected to a Customer Care Representative, it is really surprising and shocking considering Woodland is such a big brand. Neither have I received any confirmation email from Woodland on my email compliant. Its honestly such an hassle as one has already paid money and is waiting endlessly. All I wanted was to get my issue resolved by speaking to Customer Care Representative, nobody is interested in posting complaints online.

    What about my complaint. Its so disgusting. Never shop from official site if woodland. still i didn't get any response about my money. When will i get my refund it has been 5 days already since i cancelled my order but no update regarding money refund

      I used it just for a week, and my sandal main part where i keep my leg (Sole upper layer), the spunzness is over and the colour is gone.

      It is looking like 1year old product.
      Today i went to shop and i asked them to replace it. They didnot replaced and they have said that they will send this product to main company.

      So i request you to replace my sandal.

        I have bought a pair of shoes from woodland on june 15th 2020 bearing order number or-1743008. The shoes are not looking as claimed in the website and the size is too small for me.

        I wanted to return the product, but the helpline number [protected] does not get me any response. I have even tried to contact them via email [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com, but no reply to any emails.

          I bought woodland boots last year from Dwarka Sec 12 store. The shoes were little ill-fitted and I told them that shoes are little under size but they told me to wear it for 2-3 times and it will expand but shoes are still ill-fitted and I have contacted them but they said shoes will not be returned as you have worn them but when I have told them you told me to wear it for 2-3 times and they said it will not be exchanged now. I just want 1 size up boots. Waited so long for the boots but no one from woodland is hearing me

                  I have ordered one woodland wallet as on 16th july 2020 (Order no 2056939) which was delivered on 27th july but while checking the status of order it is still showing ready to ship.
                  I want to return my order but unable to do so because i am not getting that option on the website due to ready to ship status.

                          Sir,
                          On 1st july i ordered a woodland shoe order no or-2049820 payment through debit card. After sending so many mails where my order is? They replied that your order has been cancelled from your end, i don't know how.? Then i asked for the refund and after few days they replied me that your amount has been credited in your account, but the amount is still not reflecting in my account. Sir please help me in this regard....

                          I have ordered online a pair of woodland camel hiking shoes from woodland worldwide official website. I got it delivered on 10 july 2020. But the shoe was little bit tight for me. So i wanted to talk to them to exchange my shoes. Accordingly i called them on their customer care number given in their website, but they are not picking up the phone, neither they did reply to my emails send to their official email address. Moreover the quality of the shoes was not so good as for the price. I want to return my woodland camel hiking shoes (Price 2717) and adjust the amount with a pair of woodland khaki shoes (Price 4219). I will pay the extra amount for the woodland khaki shoes.

On 6th july i got a message that my order was cancelled due to non availabilty of stock. I have recieved no refund. Surprisingly their email id doesnt exist as i tried to mail them about the situation.
