I order shoe on 10th july. I got delivered 20th july. The shoe size was bigger for me on 21st july i put on mail to the official woodland mail id to need a replacement for me but no response from that side. Still i am daily put a mail but no response...

I approached the store for a replacement, but it was suggested that i should write mail to you.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

On 1st july i ordered a woodland shoe order no or-2049820 payment through debit card. After sending so many mails where my order is? They replied that your order has been cancelled from your end, i don't know how.? Then i asked for the refund and after few days they replied me that your amount has been credited in your account, but the amount is still not reflecting in my account. Sir please help me in this regard....

I have ordered online a pair of woodland camel hiking shoes from woodland worldwide official website. I got it delivered on 10 july 2020. But the shoe was little bit tight for me. So i wanted to talk to them to exchange my shoes. Accordingly i called them on their customer care number given in their website, but they are not picking up the phone, neither they did reply to my emails send to their official email address. Moreover the quality of the shoes was not so good as for the price. I want to return my woodland camel hiking shoes (Price 2717) and adjust the amount with a pair of woodland khaki shoes (Price 4219). I will pay the extra amount for the woodland khaki shoes.

I ordered shoes from www.woodlandworldwide.com on 5th july and paid through my debit card. On 6th july i got a message that my order was cancelled due to non availabilty of stock. I have recieved no refund. Surprisingly their email id doesnt exist as i tried to mail them about the situation.

2. It got brutally gnawed by Rat of the upper leather part. The pic of the Sleeper is attach herewith.
3. Therefore, I request you to please make repair the damaged part through company perfections. Also, I'm ready to bear the reasonable amount of repair.

i had a confirmed/store verified order of shoes in 23 april and on 22 may, i was assured that it would be processed soon & today i have been replied on mail that it has been cancelled saying no stock, but the product is available over the website with COD.

I have been a regular customer at the woodland online store and have ordered about a dozen of footwear products for myself in the past.
Usually, the size i order fits me well. But this time the product seems to be well over my usual size (Uk size 6). I don't know if this might be a problem with fitting of this particular product - fcg[protected]b002 (Ogc 1211112 black 40) or a manufacturing defect.
I have ordered the shoe by referring to the size chart provided beside every footwear but the shoe i received is highly uncomfortable and loose.

I would like to do one of the following:
Accept a replacement for same model and color with a smaller size ie. (Uk size 5)
Accept any other model of your footwear of my choice in replacement of the ordered footwear.
Accept a full refund of my money in exchange for the ordered footwear.
You might suggest any other constructive solution to my problem apart from the 3 mentioned above.
