I have purchased camel leather shoes sometime in march 2019 from woodland company outlet marathahalli, bangalore. I have used these shoes for few month. When i wear these shoes and walk on marbonite, kota, shahabad flooring or pvc carpet floor in office, hotel or mall etc. It was making very irritating noise (Karrrrr... Karrrrr... Karrrrr) which attracts the attention of people nearby and is very humiliating. I did not expect such performance from company like woodland. So i hereby request you to replace the pairs of shoes by good ones from your nearest outlet. Hoping positive reply. Thanking you in anticipation. Yesterday as on 4 may i purchased woodland orginal shoe polish from woodland store amritsar. One blue color for my blue woodland shoes and other khakhi color polish for my khakhi color shoes. Today i used the polish on my shoes it changed the color of my shor soles. The khakhi shoe color became green which was white earlier. The blue shoe sole became dark blue from white. I called the store on phone and he suggested me to use shampoo. I used the shampoo but all in vain. So i request you to please help me. Both the shoes are very costly and also bought from woodland.

Very much disappointed with this stupid brand, so irresponsible customer service as no one replies the mail and even i called nearly 10000 time to customer service but of no use and i didn't get any response.

As i ordered for large size but all came in medium size.

So kindly do the need ful and help me out of this by changing size to large or refund my amount back.

I bought woodland boots some time ago also got 3 months warranty. But within 10 days the shoes came in complaint of stitch. Sometimes I sent in warranty but the problem is same. I am very hopeless. Such a big company such poor service.

I bought this product which is very nice but now Shoe eyelets are displaced and upper skin leather faded away . please help me in this to regard

I bought woodland sandles. But there is a problem with its sole. Its sole removed its gum. I cant understand that this much cheaper quality. I bought it from tata cliq.

Hi i m shivam chauhan. I bought my jacket in rohini metro walk showroom but after some days the issue is create in the jacket but now adays issue is not resolved. Your metro manager is not given a satisfactory answer so plz tell me what i m do. Plz tell me all the possibilities about my jacket so as soon as possible resolve my jacket issue plz. Thanku

I havent had such type of experience before with any other brands.
Here is the scoop: i brought chappals for 2695, within 4 months the 50% of the leather damaged. I met the store and asked them for the service, they have taken my chappals and given the receipt. No call from woodland till 40 days, i just called and asked the status, to my surprise they say will give woodland voucher for 2020 rupees (75% of my chappals original price), completed shocked, without sharing any info they say this is what we give and we wont give your chapplas back. Worst worst, never go for woodland

Attached Shoes I bought near about 2-3 months ago in Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab.
My shoes got wet due to rain
After that I put the shoes in the sun.
After a while, black spots appear on them

Today, I went to your woodland showroom for this issue, but those shopkeepers talk to me insolence about this topic
Please replace or resolve my this issuse.

Today i visit woodland store alwar bahgat singh Circle, they abuse me, they said i abuse first without any reason, they have alot of attitude without any reason, i am unit manager at alwar location in sbi card, he using abusing language to me, hats off your hospitality to customer, Other staff, including the store manager, were drinking outside the store, and said the store was closed, and they said near by reebok showroom they have alot discount... Is this correct?

I bought my woodland sandals in chennai, and within 6 months my sandal sole is torn. And i cannot reach the woodland customer care, the woodland web site is useless, it would have been nice, if the company provides many service centers or home pick up of the sandals for repair, for the cost being highly charged for the sandal this should be a must by the woodland company.

I have bought woodland scandals on feb1st 2020. But the product is defective, the leather inside the scandals sliding. I went to showroom and explained about my problem but they said they can't do anything. Please do needful. It is very difficult to walk with such defective product. And as a branded company i didn't expect such product. So please do needful

I have purchased a shoe in the above said branch a year back and the same was sparingly used. (Only three to four times). To my surprise a week back while wearing the same and i was in a meeting, the shoe while walking, the sole cut into pieces and the sole completed wornout and had put in me in an embrassing position. I never expected a brand like woodlands will land me in such a situation. I would like to inform you that i am proud used of the brand for the past two decades.

Now, today, i approached the same shop and requested to replace the same for a new one and i was ready to bear the difference, but the distributor reluctant to replace. I had given the piece to them for repairing.in this situation, i request to look into the matter and arrange to replace the same instead repairing, which i fear i may land in the same situtation.

Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated

I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 2nd feb 2020, delivered in time. But after one time use, while removing the shoes, insole came out with foot. The insole is not properly pasted. Now i couldnt use it because it happens every time and annoying. So kindly replace or solve the defects.

Sub : personal legal letter due to the shoes damage

Dear sir/madam,

I brought a woodland 42 inch orange shoes 19/02/2019 from aero club woodland store. Shop code s128, thrissur - 680004. Phone:[protected]. Mrp : 4495. They give me 50% offer and final price 2247. I used 4 times only from september 2019. The sheos was became bad condition like unusable. All area cracks and became damaged. I give them to replace or repair dated 9/1/2020. They sent woodland company for claims. Third february 2020 they told they can give claim amount 1120 and the amount deducted from the next purchase. They offed me one year warranty before i buy. They given me old product or duplicate with manufacturing date in 2015. This is a coasly shoe no chance for any damage. I used this product very carefully because of the cost. And damaged like unusable condition. I brought this shoe because of good brand. I need replacement with same cost or refund my money 2247. I believed good quality and they cheated me with giving old product or duplicate with damaged condition.
Kindly check this issue immediately and please solve my problems immediately. I am attaching purchase and repair bill for your reference.

I ordered a jacket which i had to return because of the wrong size.

They have picked the item on jan 11, but no refund has been issued to my original mode of payment till now. I sent emails to them and every-time, they send me the standard reply that the refund is in-processing and will credit in your account in some time.

Its been more than 3 weeks now since they have picked the item but no refund.

Please find the attached screen shot.

I booked woodland shoes this jan 27th 2020. The online price was showing rs 2348.
When i added to the card and booked.
The price got changed to 2817.
Which is more expensive.

I been regular customer to you. I feel like cheated because your online price shows something and when i booked the price was different.

I have requested on the email to cancel the particular. This has not been done. I have send several emails. I have not received any confirmation.
I booked the different color shoes and you have delivered the different shoes.

I have spoken to your customer service. They can't understand what i am trying to say and i have not received the prompt response.
