I purchased woodland shoes from paytm dated 01/10/2017, in one year sole material of this shoes is totally damage and it is not in condition i use this shoes. I only wear the shoes in office time and during rainy season i dont use this shoes. I wear ony 8 month and in this short time this shoes is totally damage. What should i do. Is this product life 8 month?? Plz suggest me

I have purchased a pair of woodland fwr men boot gb 1487114 (Black) on 13th aug 2018. But after 10 days using the sole was detaching and after that on 17th sept 2018 i returned it to the same store as it was under warranty period. But till today neither i have received my shoe nor a call. They even ignored my email complain also, which i have given in their mail id [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. The name of the purchased shop was: aero club, (Woodland store), triveni commercial complex, guwahati, assam.

My last complaint was submitted on 18th september and it has been 20 days without any conclusion on the issue with my jacket. Please conform when and how will this issue be resolved.

I, shilpi kohli and i bought a black wind jacket with down feather a year ago from your dwarka sector 7 store. This jacket is a very expensive jacket and i know it had down feather.

My problem is i cannot wear this jacket with anything since the down feather transfers its feather to every clothing i wear. It transfers to anyone who is standing next to me. I understand some down feather would shed but something to this extent is unbelievable. I cannot stand next to anyone nor can i wear this on anything except white clothes. I am attaching pictures of the black top i wore and the after effect of wearing this jacket.

I have got the jacket drycleaned but in vain.

It is such an expensive jacket and i would like this issue to be resolved, either get the down feather issue sorted or give me a replacement for the same.

It is such a shame that the woodland outlet at dwarka were not able to resolve this issue for 6 months and now i am stuck with a jacket which is of no use for me and is very expensive.

Let me know your response asap.

My sandals got damaged. I asked in showroom to recover but they said they can't do. How can i recover my sandals from damage. I bought it last year. Now it was only a year sandals but see how it got damaged. I can't believe this to happen from woodland.. Worst product from woodland. Now i'm nomore interested in buying this.. And finally i want to recover or exchange my sandals from woodland

I hope they can understand my problem and rectify soon

Sir iam using the wood land shoes about 9 months, purchasing from beema agencies, nagercoil. The particlulars are enclosed with this mail. Now i couldnt use it because of the out sole is just broken up. So kindly replace or solve the defects

I had brought this shoe about 40-45days back. Now a small area of it has peeled off.. I can't understand how such a pricey thing gets damaged in so less time.. Price - 3000.. A brown-olive colored one... I got it near aug 15.. From a woodland store cuttack.. What should i do?? Shall i get replacement or what... Woodland.. Is famous for its durability... And such things weren't expected..

After 3 days of purchasing shoes the inner of shoe just stared damaged the feet. Problem is in left feet only. I only twice use the shoe I purchase it for RS 2262 from brand factory cosmo plaza Zirakpur.pin 140603. It creates a lot of discomfort for me ...kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. It almost just create bleeding in foot very very uncomfortable other shoe deliver same well know comfort of woodland.

Respected sir/madam... I had bought a woodland t. Shirt article no mpt 84, size m, color blue from m/s aeroclub, woodland store, bhupindra road, patiala, punjab, in first week of august.. I wore tht tshirt once while going to office fr 4 to 5 hrs.. The nxt day tshirt was handwash.. Aftr jst one handwash, t. Shirt lost its colour nd finish nd a look lyk a one year old t. Shirt.
Went to the store nd returned it.. Was given the repair...

I had purchased fwr men shoe gi1774115, brown, 43 on 15.12.2017. On may 5th 2018 i noticed that the sole of both the pair are torn and gave it to service to aero club, baypride mall kochi, which was the retail outlet from which i had purchased the shoes. The shoes was serviced and handed over to me in two weeks. Today, 14.9.2018 my shoes sole tore apart when i was attending a function which caused great embarrassment to me. I have been using the brand for over 10 years for the quality products. But this incident and the recurring issue with the shoe sole leaves me with no other option than to shift to better quality products offered by lee cooper or others.

I bought a green colour casual leather shoes one months ago from karnal outlet. With in few days in leather a small kind of hole appears.. Now its very bad,, even m thinking about purchase a another new one. But to see your so poor service & quality.. I never think about it again.. I want my payment back from company.. Rs 2677
Its was my savings of many months for the shoes but quality is very much poor.

I am Hiren Rattan, I purchased a pair of shoes from PAYTM online. I just wanted to know the color of the shoes as there is difference between the color shown to me online and the type of color of shoes i received it today. I am sharing with you the pics of what i have received today and a screenshot of what i was shown online.
Please reply immediately as if their is some change in color i have to return it within in a specific time period of the return policy.

Please replace me a another model of any woodland shoes costing marginally high also acceptable (I will pay extra cost if maximum retail price difference s). Otherwise same piece is not good, as the model is issues.

So please replace my newly purchased shoes, at amapara area of raipur.

I am a regular customer of woodlands and i purchased a shoe on 30/08/2018 from woodlands at hilite mall calicut. The very next day itself its locking stitch started going off and i called to inform this to the hilite mall showroom and i was out of station for a week and they told me that i can visit after reaching the place and i did visit them. But they said they need instruction from you to replace the product or they can fix it locally. I am really upset about this due to its poor qc. Please advice.

Outlet of woodland at crown interior get his shop shut down before the actual closure timings at 09:00pm much which should be close at 09:30pm. I request you take this serious as i was came to that outlet from so far location and i found it closed. Please take strict action against the concerned employee or the owner otherwise your brand value will get damage due to such things.

I have brought up the shoes last year...
The shoe surface had lost its shape and it's looking so ugly but when I went to your showroom they told that we can't help in this matter.when I bought these shoes they told me to never polish these shoes.
Only apply shiner on them.
Now condition got so poor.
I am really pinched
I have spend Rs 3300.
This was worthless spending so much money.
I always wear woodland garments and shoes but now this incident picked up my faith from ur brand.

Brought New shoes in May'18 whose sole broke into two pieces in a month. When showed d shopkeeper he took it for repair but not returned till now. No one is responding to our problem! Such disappointing service from such a brand! Shop was located in Forum Rangoli Mall, Belur-howrah, west Bengal. Such services from a reputed brand like this is condemned!

I have pay 3995/- But i get invoice net payable Amount-Nil, How its possible, i have pay with Gst & government not get the gst tax on this product.its a crime
& your Store manager & sales person misbehave with me when i demand actual bill, he says I don't understand the billing method of woodland, Please check the Store CCTV footage, I am Mentally Disturb after this incident.

Purchased an woodland women ballet shoes on 20/08/2018 for rs 2895 in woodland showroom - express avenue chennai. The shoes almost drilled a hole in my ankle and were the most uncomfortable pair of shoes. The company's return policy stated that return o[censored]nused goods within 7 days. But in this case how am i liable when the defect is known only after using it for a day.

I have given my pair of shoes to woodland store aeroclub (S141) woodland shoes at no: 005, ground floor, fourm value mall no.62, whitefield main road, bangalore-560066. And the complaint was shoe sole damage, still, the service co-coordinators saying 3 days every time i call them to know about my shoe status, it has been repeating same from the last 3 month, i need the clarification for the same, when i can receive the shoes.

And when i brought the shoes i have paid rs.5000/- now they said the price for the product has been increased so now have to bear this extra cost also.

I am disappointed with woodland with this type of service.
