    But after 10 days your product was damaged. And I thought that product is manufacturer faulty so that I don't want to repair my shoes i want replace my shoes within 2 or 3 days . Or i[censored] can't replace the product then Repay my amount
    And your dealer (Outlet manager amenora mall magar patta city ) is not talking properly .he was misbehaving with customer .
    Otherwise you can't replace the product we post that pictures of shoes on all social media ..

      When Stores located at delhi NCR give Flat discount, they charge vat on discounted price. Undiscounted price includes price+vat. Say discount is 50%. meaning 50% of price + 50% of vat. which should be discounted price. But they charge vat again which means vat on vat.
      Even high court has declared it as illegal .
      Many establishments in Chandigarh have been fined heavily.Now in Chandigarh they do not carge vat on vat
      But here this Unfair trade pracice still goes on

      I recently purchased loafers from woodland and they are making a noisy SQUEAKING NOISE. So embarrassing to walk in office with that.
      it seems to be a sorrowful experience with such a big known brand - WOODLAND

        I purchased one sandal yesterday from attingal woodland showroom trivandrum and i have ordered one more which they said they will give me today 23/2/2017. I am right here outside the Attingal showroom typing this complaint inside my car and this happened because the guy who gave me the sandal behaved very badly and insulted me. Right now he is in the shop. I never thot a company like Woodland would recruit goons as their shop keepers. We pay money we pay tax. And the people inside the stores does not know how to handle a customer or even properly greet or properly talk to them. Pity. WOODLAND. For years i have been usong woodland. But this was disappointing.. i think i am just wasting my time typing.

          I am regular user of Woodland shoes. I have purchased Article No : Gb1220112w13, 41 in Feb'16 from Woodland Showroom, Bhopal newmarket

          As shown in photograph paisting open at area shown. It is very uncomfortable to wear shoes after pasting open. I have visited above mentioned shop but unfortunately service for well known brand Woodland was denied.

          It is surprise to me that being a regular user servicing other than authorized re seller/dealer not recommended.

            I have never had such experience with Woodland. This is worst experience that force me to think about the quality of the product that is not matching the brand value now. Within one month I god foot prints on the sleeper once contacted the dealer he told I hit the sleeper that's the reason this happening. Finally after big discussion he took the sleeper by saying he will send the same to company after some time he called and first taken back the slip then returned the sleeper by saying noting can happen as you didn't wear the sleeper properly.

              About to replace or repair winter woodland jacket in warranty period.

              I placed my woodland jacket in woodland store kurukshetra on[protected] for repair or replacement in warranty period but the store handler didn't mention all the faults in the slip properly that's why i here mentioning the all faults so acc. to your policy please make it on priority so i will able to use it for the left season.

              1. Color of jacket get faded.

              1.Purchased date 2 January, 2017
              The colour is become fade, soul of only left sandal is become rough and hard, it hurts the leg from under. Only one month and 10 days passed
              2 . velcro of right sandal getting released again and again.
              B4 also I used similar Woodland sandals for 4and half year it was good, thins one is just a month old and creating problem.
              Store keeper told me that 6months replacement warranty but he is refusing to do so.
              Panaji, goa, Woodland store.
              Plz take a note and I want replacement.

                I purchased shoes on[protected] from woodland authorised salar.after I come to home, found that shoes manufactured date was July-2014 . It was 2.5 years old.

                Please reply me that shoes come with any expire date.

                If it expire, please take necessary action against authorised salar and change my shoes as soon as possible.

                  I am regular user of Woodland shoes. I have purchased Article No : GC 0750109W13 in Feb'16 from Woodland Showroom, Shop No. 2 & 3, Ground Floor, Khandesh Central, Station Road, Jalgaon, Maharashtra - 425001.

                  As shown in photograph stitching open at area shown. It is very uncomfortable to wear shoes after stitching open. I have visited above mentioned shop but unfortunately service for well known brand Woodland was denied.

                    This is with regard to pair of shoes I purchased from Woodland Rohini Store.

                    Here is the perspective:
                    1) I purchased shoes on 07-Nov-2016 pricing approx Rs 4000.
                    2) Shoes got faulty after a month after some usage. Basically the leather got roughed and damaged although I have used them as normal without any fault/misuse.
                    3) I showed the same to the shopkeeper on 24-Dec-2016 and they took the shoes from us after a week when i submitted the bill copy, for mending/replacement to the company.
                    4) I got update from the shop that company has refused to replace/repair the defect - citing that customer has made the damage to the product.

                    This is highly unwarranted that such a loyal brand is totally neglecting the pain of customer and putting the blame on us.
                    I am attaching the pics of shoes. Can you please specify how we have misused the product resulting in such defects?
                    If the product has got defected in just one month then you yourself can see that there must be some defect in leather quality itself.
                    We sincerely urge to the company management to see that customer loyalty is not dented for such genuine cases. I request to kindly replace the shoes or refund the amount.

                      Hi Sir,
                      I purchased Woodlands shoes(S0814.FWR MEN SHOE L22915 BLACK 41) on 02/01/2017 at Himayath Nagar Wood Lands store. At the time of purchasing they told me that 2 years warranty will be given and will be replaced and rectified within 3 or 5 days. After 5 days only the shoes started tearing. When I went to the store the executives didn't pay the attention and spoke to me very rudely. when I contacted customer care and explained my issue, they asked me to contact the Area Manager of woodlands however, they didn't give me his number. I again walked to the store and requested for Area Manager number but they told me that there is no such Area Manager for woodlands. Finally having no option, I requested them for a suggestion. They asked me to return the shoes and wait for one month. They even didn't give any assurance of mending my shoes or refund.

                      Its a big cheating that initially they told for 5 days max for rectification. Now they are taking one month but no guarantee of rectification or refund.

                      I would like to get refund of my payment of Rs.2500.50/-

                        I have purchased one pair of shoes for Rs.2995/- but after discount i was paid Rs. 2058.43/-from aero club jamshedpur, main road bistupur-831001 phone no[protected] vide cash memo no- e002csh161705G42 dated 09/01/2017 sheo model no. gc 1548114 grey 41 wearing the shoes for a week I noticed that left shoe has a eyeled was damage I went to the shop on 23/01/2017 the showroom sales manager told me you come after 15 days i will repair it but i went to 07/02/2017 again sales manager told me you come again after 15 days.

                          I received the delivery of my online order on 16.01.2017. But, when I opened the packet, it was found to be a different product. ie, a non-compliance to my order.
                          So I want this product to be taken back by you and to get me the product that I ordered (size 44).

                          The WRONG product I received: GC 1617114 (KHAKI SHOES)

                          I had taken the pair of shoes to woodland showrooms @ TRIVANDRUM and KOLLAM (Kerala state). But they refused to replace the product due to the absence of the item in their stock.

                          I made a number of mails on this matter to care and estore mail ids of woodland, but no satisfactory or active responses from them( worst).
                          Then I tried many times in customer care nos., no response from line 1 and the lady operator of line 2 was irresposible and she refused to even register my complaint. I became totally fed up with such irritating responses from this customer care for a period of more than two weeks now.

                          Any how, I require the correct product from woodland, for which only I paid money.
                          ie, the color of the shoe is wrong- it is not as I ordered.

                          So pls solve the issue and take action to get me the correct product that I ordered with woodland.

                            I have gifted woodland shoes to my father and to I am surprised that this shoes have very poor quality of material so that they got tear away from above. I reported this to showroom from where I purchased them but they refused to help by saying that we care about shoes only for 3 months.
                            It sounds really disgusting that buying 3000 approx costing shoes and company is not even helping in repairing of shoes.

                            Finally I am writing here in hope that Woodland will help me to get shoe fix or replace.

                                Hi, actually few months back I bought a pair of woodland shoes from G-50/1, Abdul fazal enclave part-2, Block G, Shaheen Bagh, jasola vihar, New Delhi. The thing is that now when I am ready to wear these shoes I realise that they are giving me pain on my foot fingers due to this I have to visit doctor several times instead of comfortness I am facing the problems now, so my query is that I have to exchange this item asap and let me know how much time it will take to solve this issue.

                                  I am fed up from woodland service.As it doesn't maintain the time of delivery.it depends only upon woodland.And whom the people who have given their shoes for repairing they even get wrong information of delivery and they are really fed up!!! My shoes delivery estimate was two weeks approx but it crossed a month ...
