I had ordered a jacket from woodland online store on Jan 8, 2017. The order id is #257304, they have not even communicated once since the payment have been done.
The official site has got down the very next day and now when it was back up again i am not able to log in with my credentials.
The official customer support numbers are also not working.
In short are fooling people and taking money from them and do not deliver...

I purchased woodlands shoes at Woodland outlet and that shoes cushion is completely damaged within a month. I can't stand more than 10 minutes wearing that shoe.. That is very uncomfortable so i have visited your outlet and they gave me one extra cushion after putting that extra cushion that inside place is reduced so that is uncomfortable to wear the shoes. ....

I have bought woodland cheppal worth RS.2755 from the footprint Salem tamilnadu.
but its soul, side belt and bottom leather got damaged after 4 month. I proposed the showroom man for replacement. he pasted it with some gum.. after some times its gets damaged again.. wat can i do?
