I am fed up from woodland service.As it doesn't maintain the time of delivery.it depends only upon woodland.And whom the people who have given their shoes for repairing they even get wrong information of delivery and they are really fed up!!! My shoes delivery estimate was two weeks approx but it crossed a month ...
Please it feels very yup
I want correct and appropriate information
Please help for it...

    I have purchased one pair of wood land shoes on date 13.12.2016 from Rajshree bhuj, Gujarat, But before few days the tongue of the shoes got teared, I went to the shop back, a negative answer came from him and i was told to file a complain by him.

    I have also tried on your tollfree number but it is continuously busy

    Please solve the problem.

      Purchased woodland sandals from Paytm and within six months the sandals flip started tearing apart and later the velvet part also got into worst conditions and no vendor is providing service from 5 months at-last some vendor agreed to give paid service . seeing the sandals he told me that sandals is in poor conditions and actual you can complaint about the same as its within warranty period and since you have purchased it online No-one is providing service. initial i tried to contact Paytm they asked me to contact woodland showrooms for service and showroom people asked to contact online. finally i didn't know where to go so continued to check in all the service centers until yesterday who accepted to give paid service.

            I bought the Wood shoes from the Woodland stores, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I am utter surprised that the sole of shoes cameout from top leather portion of the shoes (see pics of broken Shoes). Moreover the material of the sole became brittle. Thus the shoes are of no use.

              I had purchased a woodland shoe on 15th december 2016 through hooda associatevide invoice no.2904 dated 15th dec 2016 for rs..2880/-

              Within a span of a month, the stitches from the shoe had come out. On 14th january 2017, i went to the dealer with the shoe and he had promised to repair the same and give it to me. When i went to collect the repaired shoe, i was surprised to find that some other customer’s shoe was given to me. My complaint number was also not marked in the shoe.

              Now i have refused to accept the other customer’s shoe which was forced on me.

              Will you kindly look into this matter and instruct the dealer to replace the shoe with a new one and it has not lasted for even a month.

                I ordered one woodland shoes through the woodland website on dec 27th, 2016. I have been told that my order was cancelled due to product quality issue and agree to refund the money back to my woodland wallet. I have not received it even i waited for 7 working days. When i called their customer support at [protected] again i was told that it will take much time due to your website upgrade.

                When i called them back i was told by the woodland representative that i will get the money back to my credit card which i haven't got it after 13 days.

                  HI,

                  I purchased a pair of anklet boots on 14th Jan.2017 - model GF1658115- Bordeau colour anklets from the woodland store at phoenix market city mall. I normally wear the shoes with an orthoheel insole for comfort as i work long hours. When i got home and tried the pair (size 42) with the insole it was loose. On enquiring on availability of a size 41 I went to the Borivali store to exchange the size. The store person their named Rajesh gave me size 41 which fitted perfectly. On getting home I realized that the stitching on the inside of the shoe under the tongue was ripped and torn. It is not visible from the outside but totally damaged on the inner lining. I cannot use the pair as it will tear further on walking. I informed the Borivali store regarding the same but they are not even apologizing for selling me a defective pair. I want a refund as i do not like any other pair so I refuse to exchange for any other pair or else give me a fresh pair.

                    Change of color after polishing

                    I purchased woodland khaki boots on Dec 19 2016 through snapdeal and woodland khaki polish from a woodland outlet(Bangalore).

                    After applying the Polish the shoe color turned into light green from light brown.

                    I raised my concern to woodland care and got a response stating to submit the shoe to the nearest woodland outlet and decision of repair/re-finishing will be taken by experts after looking at the condition...

                      I purchased a jacket from woodland store located at Mandi, Himachal Pradesh and since I first weared it I noticed its fabric is sticking to my cardigan n sweatshirt.
                      Manytimes I complained regarding this fault at the store from where I bought it but they didnt took it seriously n they just say we cant do anything regarding this, it may be the default piece u got.
                      But I didnt paid for d defaulted piece then why should I compromise.
                      I think woodland should look into this matter coz people trust n dts vy we spent money to buy.
                      I request Woodland to plz solve my issue n replace my jacket which z worth Rs.12000.

                      I m attaching a picture vd torned fabric n wool coming out from it.
                      Its really ridiculous vn v see such a big flaw from such a big brand.

                      My shoe colour going too much dull. Please see in the photograph. Purcahse before 4-5 month. No any polish applicable on this shows
                      I bought shoes from Ahmedabad It burst what can I do pl do needful. Pl call me on my m. [protected]
                      This is regarding on jackets in green color I purchased from Woodland sometime back, what surprised me is the quality of the product.
                      I gifted this to my mom this winter and on 1st wearing itself she got some skin rashes.
                      When approached doctor we could see some greasing on the cuff, and suspect has caused this infection.

                      I am very surprised on quality of this product from woodland and would expect someone to do something about it being global brand.

                        I bought a copper coloured winter jacket from the woodland store in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India on January 7, 2017. Today, 19 January, hardly 12 days after the purchase, I was sitting in my room, working. when I suddenly noticed my jacket burning by the sunlight penetrating through the window! I must have been late to observe it, for all the layers in the jacket got burned already. this incident is very disappointing! I being a student, spent my meagre savings for this jacket, trusting the quality standards of your company. and now this incident has left me questioning your quality standards. I demand immediate replacement and compensation for serving me such poor product.

                            I have purchased leather belt around 4-6 months back. The top layer is now chipping off like a local non leather product. Raised a ticket showed it to Jayanagar 4th block Bangalore showroom. I didn't had bill as I didn't anticipate defective product, where as from the belt it's evident that it's brand new which is also confirmed from store. I submit it to quality check team, received a call after 2-3 weeks and then the caller from quality check team denied to find a defect and couldn't find the defect. He kept on telling same statement that' there is no defect. This was visible from naked eye the top layer being chipped off and wrinkles all over which was not only visisble to me but also from woodland store guys.
                            To check I then asked the person the color and number of holes in the belt, he stammered and answered wrongly. Ultimately the belt was not at all with him and simply was giving a generalised statement. I requested him to transfer the call to his superior, which he evidently didn't do and disconnected the call. Same belt was later sent to store and I had to collect it without any fixes.
                            Couple of things not right here :
                            1 - No monitoring or validation on any persons decision.
                            2- No proper hirerarchy or call recording in place, so the caller is the boss of the company and he decides on all even in the company reputation towards a customer.
                            3- Support system miscerabal failed in your model, no customers trust after purchase.
                            4- Normally every company has a system to track the purchases on the mobile number. Very basic, this is also missing and you expect the customer to persist bills.

                            I am happy that i had a bad experience with a small product. This helped me to decide to NO more go with woodland for any products until the model is set right and they start hearing and working towards fixing issues of all the people who raised issues.

                                I have purchased( 3695rs) woodland shoes before one year and it was defective( 17/7/2016 )and I have return the product but I doesn't get any respons from your side and I went to the showroom and I got the product but Which was not mine. therafter no response form you, I have complain many times but not getting apppropiate solution and I have to take some legal action regarding this.

                                  I had purchased the woodland shoe from Jalandhar (MBD mall) on 23/12/16 and within two days its sole stopper got removed also I have noticed that the shoe texture was different. Then I called on 26/12/2016 on shop and he replied that just submit the shoe and we will replace or repair it. I went to pickup my shoe on 14/01/17 but the shoe was as it is. I was totally disappointed with the Woodland service and again I returned it to replace and repair. If this time the same will happen then I will go to consumer court.
