I purchased a sandal within 15days its stitch wer gone and also its heel tip was damaged so i asked fr replace he told that he will do its been 15days till now I never got it back he is telling that it's been given to Bangalore whatever you do I just need to replace it

I purchased a woodland shoes in Padukalaya at Kundapur on April 2015. But the shoes soles broken in to pieces. The Quality of sole is very bad. woodland looses customer faith due to their bad quality . I got loss.

      I recently purchase a brand new jacket form woodland showroom 158, kapil vihar, pitampura, new delhi, india. The jacket had a manufacturing defect on one side and was discovered after 15 days. When contacted the showroom they refused the defect and didn't even call the manager. I suppose the showroom is selling seconds products. As a regular customer i am quit upset with this quality and would never recommend woodland again to anyone.

      In reference to the above I had bought the shoe a few years back. The right side sole nearthe toe has got cracked & needs replacement.Photo email is sent here with for your comments and needful action if same canbe repaired on chargeable basis.Awaiting your response.

        I had ordered a jacket from woodland online store on Jan 8, 2017. The order id is #257304, they have not even communicated once since the payment have been done.
        The official site has got down the very next day and now when it was back up again i am not able to log in with my credentials.
        The official customer support numbers are also not working.
        In short are fooling people and taking money from them and do not deliver your orders even after the payments.

          I purchased woodlands shoes at Woodland outlet and that shoes cushion is completely damaged within a month. I can't stand more than 10 minutes wearing that shoe.. That is very uncomfortable so i have visited your outlet and they gave me one extra cushion after putting that extra cushion that inside place is reduced so that is uncomfortable to wear the shoes. .

            I have bought woodland cheppal worth RS.2755 from the footprint Salem tamilnadu.
            but its soul, side belt and bottom leather got damaged after 4 month. I proposed the showroom man for replacement. he pasted it with some gum.. after some times its gets damaged again.. wat can i do?
            now they giv me no value from the showroom.. they cheated me.. they cheated me.. iam cheated from the reliance footprint Salem showroom...

              I have placed an order #255185 on 3-jan-2017 . Yet no status of my order. No response from customer care to calls and emails. Official site is not working from this morning.

              Paid 2100 for the order online.I got an sms but no mails yet. I found many people are facing the same issue through complaint portals and Facebook page.

              So, taking a stringent action is strictly demanded at the earliest. They should be put into a strict legal procedures not to repeat such an unethical practice.

                I have placed an order #255920 on 4-jan-2017 . Yet no status of my order. No response/replies from customer care to calls and emails. Official site was not not working on 8th Jan 2017. After it started working with a new user interface from 9th Jan 2017, it isn't accepting my login credentials.

                I have paid 1890 for the order online and received no related emails or sms.

                Please take appropriate action and let me know respective details.

                I've ordered a shoe in woodland on Jan 1. Still no response and now I can't login to my woodland account. When I try to login it says "invalid Id" . I've done my payment through my debit card. They just sent a message to my phone the second day of order. That's all I got from woodland. Can anyone help me out...

                        I purchased Woodland Men's Casual Shoe with ITEM CODE - GB 0706109S costing Rs. 1800 + Rs. 90 (VAT) = Rs. 1890. I placed the order and submitted my card details and clicked on purchase button where it loaded and said illegal object detected and the amount from my PAYTM account was deducted (Rs 797 already in PAYTM Wallet + Additional Rs. 1083 for compensating Rs. 1890 of total order).

                        I have got the order confirmation in my email. When i logged to my account of woodland, it didn't show any order id and there was no history of purchase.

                            Order was placed online. Even after successful payment there was no delivery info provided. The order has not been delivered till now. The customer service guys are very rude. I have been calling them everyday. Everytime they keep telling that the order will be delivered in the next 1-2 days, which never happened. There is no cancellation option on the website. I want to cancel the order. Pathetic website and service.

Kindly cancel one order and revert me the payment to my bank.

                                  As i ordered a woodland shoe last night paid by paytm wallet through ccavenue payment method, were i didnt recieved any kind of mail from woodland regarding order, its look like cheating with people payment deducted but no mail. Or text provided by woodland. Even dont know whom to talk about issue i called to ccavenue customer care they said payment was successful full from my side talk to woodland and mail to woodland there is no reply, even we cant find order on woodland website so that i can cancel

                                  After 48 hour log on woodland website with your registered id you'll able to see order detail in 'order'
                                  and finally do woodland provided the shoes are not,
                                  iam planning to book a shoe from woodland website is it safe or do they deduct money and shows middle finger
