I purchased shoes from woodland store (Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh) on 13th july. When I opened the box at home, I found the right shoe defective having wrinkles. The store staff sent them to delhi office on 19th july. After over 1 month I did get the same defective shoes. Is this the attitude you have towards your customers. I have listened a lot about woodlands but your service disappointed me a lot. In the attachments i am sending you the pictures of your defective piece, comparing to left shoe you can clearly see a lot pf wrinkles on the right shoe. Invoice bill and customer care receipt is attached for your reference. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
