I ordered the woodland shoes on July 19th from woodland site.Still My order is not showing in the website after 15 days. I sent payment details and screenshots to Woodland care.after 2 days I received a mail from Woodland care, and they are saying...

''due to temporary technical issues, there will be a delay for the order to be processed & dispatched. kindly be assured that our technical team is working on it & the same shall be resolved at the earliest .''

after 13 days Still, I didn't get any updates about my order.i did a payment via credit card.I want shoes or refund..pls help me.

I placed an order on woodland official sire on 31 May 2023 and returned it on 13 June 2023. And it’s been more than 50 days but I didn’t receive my refund amount yet.
I have mailed all relevant documents to them and called several times but didn’t get any positive response.

Sir,
I have placed an order on official site of woodland (http://woodlandworldwide.com) on 31 May 2023 and returned it on 13 June 2023. I also mailed all relevant documents to their mail address. After that I asked customer care whether I would receive my refund they replied that I would get my refund amount within 20 to 25 days but it’s been more than 50 days I didn’t receive my money back.
Whenever I call to customer care they just give me fake assurance that your refund will be returned in 2 to 3 days and by doing this they took more than one and half month.

I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 10th july 2023, delivered in time. The show size is not fitting for me. I have contacted the woodland mail, but the people are not responding to my mail. Now i couldn't use it because of the shoe size. So kindly replace or return back my money.

I noticed significant damage to the stitches on the shoe's upper after few days. I went to the same store for replacement but I am informed that original invoice is mandatory which I do not have.

My preferred resolution would be a replacement for the defective shoe or a suitable repair at no additional cost. I am willing to bring the shoe to the store for inspection, should that be required.
