I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 10th july 2023, delivered in time. The show size is not fitting for me. I have contacted the woodland mail, but the people are not responding to my mail. Now i couldn't use it because of the shoe size. So kindly replace or return back my money.

I noticed significant damage to the stitches on the shoe's upper after few days. I went to the same store for replacement but I am informed that original invoice is mandatory which I do not have.

My preferred resolution would be a replacement for the defective shoe or a suitable repair at no additional cost. I am willing to bring the shoe to the store for inspection, should that be required.

I had purchased T Shirt (article no. MPT 126, Size - XXL and Colour - Red ) from Woodland outlet of JM Road, Deccan, Pune.

But after wash i found that said cloth is loosing colour. Hence I had approached the outlet with the said product and they forwarded the T Shirt to their reporting authority.

But yesterday the shop manager informed me that Woodland management is not ready to replace the piece, though it is clearly mentioned that 15 days warranty against colour fastness

( Date of Purchase 26/6/2023 - Bill No. 202327W[protected] & returned the item on 04/07/2023 )

Being the regular customer, I expect better quality products and after sales service from Woodland.

I once again request you to look into the matter or else I may take up the matter with the consumer forum.

Made online purchase for a shoe of july 13th. The money got deducted whoever no order id got generated. received email for the amount deducted. Called woodland tool free twice, waited for 45 mins/30 mins respectively no one received the call. wrote to woodland customer care email. No one is replying to it too.
Either they ship the product else they refund the full amount;

I think Woodland is into some kind of financial fraud. So many have raised complaint in Instagram, Facebook and even in Linked tagging the CEO of the company. However, the team that is responding has a templated response. I received call from their so-called customer support, one Sumit Khanna spoke to me, stated he is from accounts team. He started asking for personal financial information which is not relevant to refund to source. The number of complaints they have resolved in this site also indicates that they do not care for customers. Please avoid buying from them eventually losing money and peace of mind.

Looks like they into financial fraud. So many public have raised concern in Instagram, Facebook and linked In tagging the CEO. The have a templated response to email support. The support team is not responding to emails the same is the case with their toll free number. As an company they are least bothered about customers. I was called by someone named Sumit Khanna from their accounts who started asking for personal financial information instead of refunding amount to the source.

Today I called again, in 2 hours, one of the agent picked up, he said my product is returned. I have not got an I explained him the situation, he( Rajeev Kumar, he mentioned) said I cannot do anything and cut the phone.
"A strict action should be taken for him."

The delivery team is saying that your product is returned, kindly contact the woodland team.

I have send them many emails and still trying the customer support and not getting any help.

I want this product before going on Monday.
