I am writing to you with respect to the order is in the subject line. It was delivered today via AWB number

The shoe is defective, there are a number of defects. It looks like a used shoe or a quality discard that has been given to me. I would like to return this product immediately for a full refund if Rs 3297 I have paid.

The lace rivet is broken, I can’t use the shoe
The insole foam and fabric are not aligned and the insole does not fit in the shoe
The quality of adhesive used and how the top part of the shoe is attached to the sole is very poor.

I returned a black jacket which I ordered from woodland which I didn't liked. But now refund is not happening even after a month. I called, emailed, tweeted many times but nothing happened and I am very frustrated from woodland and want my refund ASAP. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM WOODLAND.

I have purchased a pair of shoes in Sep but after couple of months, i met with some issues in them. I had immediately returned them for repair work. After few weeks, I have received them but there was a deep cut on one of the shoes. I haven't accepted it and told them that I need them in the same condition ie without mark. After a long time and multiple follow ups with them, they have refused to resolve this.

I request you to please take appropriate action in this issue as I wont accept them in such condition. Either they exchange them or refund my money.

Bought woodland shoe on 24the December, 2023. Next day found that the shoe is a damaged one that I have purchased. Sent email to woodland as per the shop's advice. Still do not get a reply. Complaint sent from mail id [protected]@gmail.com. photograph and bill were attached

I have ordered a shoe from Woodland which I want in a larger size but neither the customer service is working nor the helpline number is working. I have been emailing them but no response has come

I did not receive any order ID or any other information regarding the order after purchase, I only got a "payment successful" msg on my G-pay and I have got nothing regarding the order, no order number, no order tracking, or status, not even a mail consisting of that I have purchased the shoes, only" payment successful" G-pay nothing more than that.

I ordered shoes from them but due to size issues i want to return them. As mentioned on online site of woodland india i mailed on [protected]@woodlandworldwide.Com. But till now i didnot get any response from team. And 1 month already completed.

I had cancelled an order within a few hours of placing it online (official store website for Woodland), after which the site said "Order cancelled" under the Order Status.

However, having failed to recieve a refund even after half a day, checking the site showed that the order status has changed to "Package ready for pick-up".

I had cancelled the order thinking that I had ordered the wrong size. Seeing the cancellation request having been ignored, I decided to accept the package, then opened it to find that it was indeed too small for me (didn't even try on the shoes, it was my first time ordering online and I messed up figuring out the size).

I emailed Woodland customer services asking for a return or exchange. The next day I got a reply instructing me to try exchanging it at a nearby showroom or to email them again for a return. I emailed them for a return, and sent them photos of the undamaged, unused product after receiving an email asking for the same.

In response to the email with the photos, they said they will "share the photos with the concerned team and revert soon", but as I write this it has been 9 days since that email and they have yet to do anything.

I want to look at better refund options but as a student, i need that refund before I can actually thinking about looking at any other options.

I have placed woodland sandel from woodland official site and the product was damaged. I am contacting the customer support for more then 20 times but no response. I have even mailed to them bit they are responding my mails its more then 20days. They are just again n again telling us you will get call from someone who will explain us the process but till now no mail no call . They are just fooling us
It’s frustrating a lot.

I have ordered one shoe from woodland on 16 Dec 2023 by order Id OR-3147245.

This order has been delivered today on 21-Dec-2023.

As soon as I open box, I realized the shoe is not up-to the mark it has scratch marks on leather and some dirt marks on the sole hence I raised return request by sending Email to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and also called customer care 2 times where they said we have initiated the return but no one has come to pick the shoes.

I m order a sweatshirt on 20/12/23 and pay all amound online. Next day i was cancel the order. Now the order show cancel but my amount not refund.order ID - OR-3151004

I brought pair of shoes from Woodland shop from Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh and after some time shoes sole is damaged from front side.

My order id is 3117880 I have ordered on 13th October and initiated for returned but after so many calls and mails they picked up the order for return on November later on I have initiated for refund but till date no response or proper reply from customer service very poor and irresponsible no proper way to connect with customer service

OR-3124780 received with defect product. I raised complaint. No response even after 50 days .

I feld bad about brand .

@Woodland Very disappointed with the feedback i received from a store at Mumbai . Purchase shoes worth rs 6000 and within 7 months the pasting got out, gave for claim and after continuously following up for over a month i came to know that 60 percent claim has been passed . That mean's I loose around 2500 rs for no reason . Extremely disappointed for a brand like woodland . Using woodland since 20 years. Will never use henceforth. Anuj Saraogi - [protected]

I have purchased a pair of shoes which have pasting issue and they didn't repair now I sent a mail also in which shoes pics are also attached the shoes condition is good accept pasting a bad service of woodland I purchased from here 2010 but the products are good but service are worst

I ordered a pair of boots on November 25th 2023 and paid Rs.2347. Order ID is OR-3135725. The website only says order confirmed. I still haven't got any updates, messages or emails regarding the shipping or expected delivery.
I tried contacting the customer care email id but did not get any response till now.
I want to know the status of my order and expected delivery date.

I ordered new shoe and it came with defect. I send email within 10 min to estore but I've not received any response immediately. Now the person called and telling it's likes used shoe so we cannot accept it.

I want solution for this .

Highly frustrated with the experience of Article GB 1207112 which I was unexpectedly peeled off from all its bottom in just two months. I bought it on 11 July 2023 from Aero Club Woodland opposite Polytechnic College Kangra showroom worth rs 4295. Within just two months both of the pair were peeled off from the sole and sides unlike even a local shoe. I want to have replacement of the product rather than pasting it again as I am doubtful of the entire product. I have sent it back under repair number.

I had purchased Woodland boots through online store with order number SO-3524619. The boots were delivered to me on 15.11.2023 vide invoice no. 202303N031C02379 dated 13.11.2023. The boot does not fit to my feet. As per guidelines given in the online store, i visited the Patiala Bhupindra road Patiala woodland store for smaller size, but it is out of stock. As per return policy, within 15 days of delivery, someone can return the product. After waiting for about one week for smaller size from local store, I decided to make the Return request. On filing the proper details, I am surprised that the Return request Tab given in the online page does not work. On submitting the return request, it simply displays the message that the return request is submitted but with no practical action at all i.e no sms, no phone, no conformation e-mail. I repeated the return request many times, but practically it does not work.
I am a Regular offline customer of Woodland from 15-20 years and feels very disappointed that a company like Woodland is cheating customers like this. The software only receives orders and takes money but can't refund and return orders. I am requesting to resolve this issue and make the software to run properly or otherwise please shut it down to not harsh the customers.
