I am very disapointed with the careless nature of the company

I PURCHASE A WOODLAND "GV 0595108A BLACK 44 FOOTWEAR"(leather) SHOES, SHOES TIN NUMBER:[protected], THE DATE OF PURCHASE WAS 25/02/2014 IN THE MEAN WHILE ONLY 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE THE SOLE OF SHOES WAS TOTALLY OUT FROM THE SHOES WHEN I ASK THE SHOW ROOM FOR THE RE PLACEMENT MR ARUN MANAGER OF THE SHOW ROOM TOLD ME TO COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE AND AM TOTALLY DIS APPOINTED WITH THERE SERVICE SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION.PLEASE GIVE A FEED BACK OR WILL HAVE TO TAKE OTHER LEGAL ACTIONS

Purchased Shoe Model :0032A/TNG 01, color:Brown Assorted, Size:42 at Rs.2555/- on 27-11-07 from woodland store,
Raipur, Franchise:Maa gayatri Ent, Shop No.108, 109 Lal Ganga, shopping Mall, GE road.TIN No.[protected]

Right shoe has big crack.
What is the use of buying expensive shoe when it cannot last long.

I have bought my shoe for 8000 in chennai, and now in 2 months the shoe sole has cracked, this is not the first time i am experiencing this, this is the third time. The cost of the shoe is so high and the quality is so cheap. They are fooling public

i purchased a woodland shoe from the showroom by name of m/s jrs(bigbshoesbazaar) kurukshetra wide invoice no 401dated 27.11.2011of amount rs.2695/-.in this shoe i am facing a problem of sholl cracking and ineer side is also damaged but the delar is not able to rectified this problem plz take necessary action as soon possible

with reference of complained of sole broken.I would like to inform you that I am yogesh belong to a middle class faimily before that I never purchase shoes more then Rs1200/-
in my whole life and I was satisfied with the qwality and durablity of shoes but After discussion with my friend He was informed me that go for Woodland shoes and After name of the company and brand purchased fresh shoes from from your retail outlet at crystal mall,near collectry circle. Banipark Jaipur Rs.2495/-
After two/three month that was broken from the sole.
Then I was visited at outlet then found that outlet is closed for forever.
I don't want to tell lies that I have MIssed the invoice, I was thinking that in these prices I will never received the complained but condition are in front of you.
Then visited at your triton mall outlet they informed me that kindly provide the invoice but I can't provide due misplace of invoice.this is my mistake.
I would like to request you that kindly give me the best solution for above request.
It is my humble request to give the proper solution.
I will highly appreciate your efforts.

My Name is Shylesh, i have bought a brown shoe (Formal) Artical No L2 13A, size 42, from your Vytilla showroom in the month of february 2013, used for one and half week, got broken sole unusable. the show had given back on 4th march to the showroom and got the reply that it will be repalce within ten days. still there were no communication from the showroom people on this and the show was not yet given replaced.

if it is other companies (lee cooper) they would have replaced on the spot itself.

it seems your product and service is very poor

I had purchased a pair of Shoes on wood land store opening day, from retail show room at : Devanagari, opp life style, mohamad joint road, Devanagari 577004.

I would like to bring to your notice that I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of the footwear Woodland sell, Need less to mention that I have used this shoe only for 36 days and full sole came out from the shoe. You can’t understand how much abrasiveness it caused to me on that day walk with torn shoes. It is second time happing with me, on my previous purchase also the sole came out within three months and then your Guys pasted it again. i purchase one more pair but same problem that is completly brokenbut the store manager is not responding properly, he is speaking very roughly. i am also working in retail field but i did not saw like this type irrespictive manager.

I would request company to please check the quality of your products before they sell to customers, I have give back the shoes at their shop replace it, I am surprise to hear they are saying that they will repair it. he says i send the company but my shoes is in gowdown only.

If such a good Brand name, has this quality standard & service towards their customers we should stop buying their product.
