Woodland — Bad service no refund

Received old product. So I returned it.

It's been more than two weeks. Still I haven't received the refund . No response from customer service.

This is the worst experience I ever had from such a reputed brand.

Can you please help me out in this matter?

Haven't received refund. I gave them multiple emails.. This websites needs to reported
