Woodland — Broken article LSJMD-2136 amount recovery

I bought the brown colour article LSJMD-2136 for rs.1737 ( mrp.2895) on 1/10/2021 at Delhi. I used the article two time & it broke apart. I have submitted the article at Aero Club Woodland Store N074, unit no.G28, sector 25/2, Mittal Mega Mall, Panipat (Haryana).ph.no.[protected]GST06AAFFA1530L1ZR. I do not wante replacement.but I want my whole money back.
