Woodland — complaint about poor quality of your shoes

This is dr gautam s makadia, rajkot... I'm a regular customer and was big fan of your quality shoes, till recently... When i've purchased one pair of woodland shoes from your authorised showroom at - yagnik road rajkot.. Believe me quality of your shoes was so poor that its stitches are removed spontaneously even though i've worn it for hardly 2/3 times... This is ridiculous... It should be the matter of shame for you people;who are claiming to be having the best shoe manufacturer around the globe... This is my cell no.-[protected], [protected].. I recide at rajkot... Kindly correct your mistakes asap... I want them replaced or get refund without any much delay.. Thank you...
