Woodland — complaint of article ls1792115 | |
I had purchased article number: ls1792115 from trivendrum, diamond hill, vellayambalam, kerala, india on 20th august 2017. Due to colour fade, pasting and lase damage issues i had submit the article to the respective showroom on 11th october 2017 (Within two months of purchase). The product is currently under warranty. After 15 days, when i called them, the manager told that product is not repairable and it has to be replaced. At the time of purchase the product was under discount. Now they are asking me to pay the additional amount for the same piece since the new piece is currently not under the discount. Within 2 months of the purchase, product have started troubling me and now the response of your respective woodland showroom is highly disappointed. I never expected this kind of response from such a prestigious brand. You are requested to see to the issue and take necessary steps immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
