My name is GOVIND S KUMAR. I am writing this complaint to let you know about an inconvenience I faced as a customer of your company.
I made an online purchase of Boots- Camel Trekking Shoes ( FGC0C0029751A007, Size - 45) - Order no. OR- 25 07257, from your website (woodlandworldwide.com) on 27 July 2022. I received my order on 3rd August 2022 and upon checking I found that the product is damaged beyond repair. I am entitled to receive the proper replacement but still I cannot avail that option because the shipping details are not updated till now. Tracking order shows that the product is in the 'Ready to Ship' state. I had mailed my grievance letters several times to the following mail IDs - http://estorewoodlandworldwide.com, [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. Eventhough I received an apology letter from the customer care department on 8 August 2022 regarding the inconvenience caused, no further progress had taken place. I even tried calling toll free number - [protected] as per suggested by the customer care department.
As a customer, I am deeply disappointed by the service offered by a reputed company like yours. Frankly, this is unacceptable and that I now have to take additional time trying to resolve the problem. I am asking for your personal assistance for a quick resolution.
In an effort to assist you, I have enclosed supporting documents, receipts, invoices etc. I would appreciate an appropriate solution for my problem. Kindly note that defective products could mark a dent in the company's reputation and we as customers may never again like to shop with you. I hereby request to please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else I have to stop using your product in an unsatisfactory note.
