Woodland — Deep Cut on the Shoes

I have purchased a pair of shoes in Sep but after couple of months, i met with some issues in them. I had immediately returned them for repair work. After few weeks, I have received them but there was a deep cut on one of the shoes. I haven't accepted it and told them that I need them in the same condition ie without mark. After a long time and multiple follow ups with them, they have refused to resolve this.

I request you to please take appropriate action in this issue as I wont accept them in such condition. Either they exchange them or refund my money.

There is no response from Woodland till date. Highly pathetic services. Resolve this asap else I will have to file a E-Dakhil on consumer court.
