Woodland — Defected Shoes | |||||
This is with regard to pair of shoes I purchased from Woodland Rohini Store. Here is the perspective: 1) I purchased shoes on 07-Nov-2016 pricing approx Rs 4000. 2) Shoes got faulty after a month after some usage. Basically the leather got roughed and damaged although I have used them as normal without any fault/misuse. 3) I showed the same to the shopkeeper on 24-Dec-2016 and they took the shoes from us after a week when i submitted the bill copy, for mending/replacement to the company. 4) I got update from the shop that company has refused to replace/repair the defect - citing that customer has made the damage to the product. This is highly unwarranted that such a loyal brand is totally neglecting the pain of customer and putting the blame on us. I am attaching the pics of shoes. Can you please specify how we have misused the product resulting in such defects? If the product has got defected in just one month then you yourself can see that there must be some defect in leather quality itself. We sincerely urge to the company management to see that customer loyalty is not dented for such genuine cases. I request to kindly replace the shoes or refund the amount.
