Woodland — Defective product no response from woodland

I have sent multiple cancellation requests to woodland, but you choose not to respond to my queries. The product you have delivered was defected, atleast the colour appears to be faded overall and in some areas unrecognizable to the original product i saw at your store. This is without doubt a clear negligence, the defect appears to be due to exposure to sunlight or some sort. I hereby urge you to update the delivery status of the product so that i can avail the return option and to take stringent action against the people behind sending me a clearly defective product.
