Woodland — Defective shoe recieved (one shoe not fit)

Dear All,
The woodland has delivered the shoe which is manufacturing defective shoe.
Left shoe is ok but right shoe doesn't fit.
Right one is loose.
I have raised the request for return and refund but no one has responded yet.
It has been 3 days.
Order id OR-2485377
Sent email also but one response.
Kindly refund my money and take back your shoes.
