I purchased these expensive rs5999 shoes which I only used once and there was a defect. They took my shoes and never bothered to fix or give me any update. I had to keep calling and visiting the margao store Goa India to remind them. They blamed the pandemic. I had a similar issue with Nike and even after warranty period crossed Nike cooperated brilliantly and gave me my refund/replacement. But after speaking to the regional Manager Sandeep who said he would look into this matter didn't help in the end. Said it's a small defect hence didn't do much but sent the shoes after 3 months fixing that defect and telling me to collect it from the store. I will take this matter to consumer forum hoping they help me out here.
