Woodland — elelets/buckles breakage of brand new shoe | |||
Hello, I have purchased woodland shoes on 26-dec-2019, and found that it was not comfortable wearing those shoe since it gave huge pain while walking. The same was updated to the woodland store, the next day and asked for a replacement. But the shopkeeper advised that he will resize the shoe, so that it will fit properly. I agreed for the same and re-collected after the resize was done. After 3 days from then i found that the elelets/buckles broke out and i have given the shopkeeper for fixing the same and resize the shoe since i was still facing difficulties and pain in walking wearing those shoes. The shoes were taken for repair on 1-jan-2020, the bill for the same is attached with this complaint. My concern now is that i haven't received any call from the shopkeeper regarding the status of the repair. When i had called twice to enquire about the same, i was treated very arrogantly. Since its more than 24 days i have given the new shoe for repair i request you to please refund the amount i have paid and keep your shoes with yourself.
