1. That, on date 22nd December 2021, I ordered a Black Quilted Jacket GLJC05001652A003, Size- small; Order ID- OR-2345912/SO-2565203 of Rs. 4497/- from your website www.woodlandworldwide.com. That, on 23rd December 2021, the order was placed by your company and in pursuant with the aforesaid order, the same was delivered on date 27th December 2021.

Accordingly on the same date 27th December 2021, I tried to contact on your customer care number- [protected] to exchange the aforesaid same order from small size to medium size i.e., Exchange the product by Black Quilted Jacket GLJC05001652A003, Size- Medium. But no one picked up the call from your side. However, after multiple calls on date 28th December, your customer care person confirmed my request to exchange the product but didn’t take any actions. Furthermore, I requested same from my E-mail ID- adv.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com whereby your company assured that you will Exchange the product by taking appropriate process but no actions were taken by your company yet.
3. Moreover, from 29th December 2021 till yet, I tried to contact your company by your customer care number numerous times but no one answered as well as act upon my request. Further, your website still showing in Order Status- that the aforesaid product is not delivered to me yet. That this is a huge carelessness and negligence from your side.
4. That, I was diligently following the process wherein there has been no progressive response and that expresses your reluctance towards your duty. Moreover, I sent you legal notice dated 4th January 2022 on your official website but still there is no response from your side yet. In light, of the aforesaid circumstances I alleged your company “Woodland India” for my mental trauma and economical loss.
