I purchased a pair of woodland shoes that have metal holes for the shoelace. Due to the shoelaces being thin and the holes having sharp edges, the lace keep snapping.
The outlet at kammanahalli dealt with this problem very poorly initially saying "we can't do anything. What should we do?" eventually they took the shoes and sanded the edges of the holes. But had no stock for shoelaces which took a month for them to procure.
Yet, the lace snapped in no time again. And they have no stock of shoelaces again. I can't even buy replacemeny laces from a third party because they are too thin. Pathetic service for a pathetic product. Was this information helpful? |
