I had purchased a FWR Men sandal GD 0491108Y15 Camel colour size 41 from a nearby store on 16th December 2022, verifying all product documents. The sandals was not on offer and I purchased paying the MRP .After 10 days and hardly after two or three usages the sandal’s stitch came out and it is not in a wearable condition and I filed a complaint on 26th December 2022.In reply to my email they asked me to return the sandals to the store for evaluation.
On 16th January, 2023, I received a call from the franchisee to collect the damaged sandals which they repaired. I had purchased the item on 16th December 2022 and returned it on 26th December 2022 .I’m not ready to accept the repaired sandals as it was damaged due to the manufacturing defect. This is clearly a quality issue and not a usage issue. I was not buying it from a local shop or a street vendor, nor did I buy it on discount offer. I cannot once again bear another embarrassing moment of it being torn infront of others .
From 24th January onwards i started receiving the mail to contact with concerned store and when I contacted the store they had no intimation. I am now in a dilemma to what action to be taken further. As a last resort i am filing the complaint here hoping to solve the issue.
