I ordered a shoe from Woodland company with order number OR 2394610 and was defective so I returned to them through their delivery boy and was returned to their location with status "Returned".
After one month they sent a mail that they have received a wrong product against this order number and will not refund the amount.
And their customer care says that product has not been received then how can they say that an incorrect product has been received.
And also now their customer care people stopped receiving the phone call.
Still now I haven't received any response from them just a mail from 10 days that they are investigating on this matter and will not refund until the investigation is over.
