Woodland — I am complaining about my missing order

I ordered 3 pairs of woodland footwear on 20/05/2023 from woodland site.for 3 days it showed that order confirmed but after that My order is not visible in my status. I called customer care but they don’t answer. I am unable to track the order.
I didn't get any updates about my order.i did a payment via online.
It was not expected from woodland. The site is for help or for scam???
