Woodland — I'm complaining about woodland for failed to provide me new products. | |||
I recently bought an expensive pair of sandals on 16th october, 2019 : 09-12 pm, bill no : 201933s113c04272. I regret to inform you that i have received a defective product (Fwr men sndal gd 1033111y15, khaki, 41) from your authorized showroom at aero club woodland store - phoenix mall, chennai. After purchasing i was practically wearing them from next day of purchase and i came to know that the product is defective piece. And i complained through email to woodland customer care (Threads are attached below). However i did not receive any reply from their end immediately then i directly went to showroom on 18th-oct-2019 where i purchased. The interesting thing is that the showroom manager told me that they will repair and service the pair of brand new sandal which has manufacturer defect (Attached below). They denied my replace request and took my sandals by saying i used for a day and they registered complained (Attached below) as i'm giving for service and repairing it, instead of replacing with new one.
