I placed an order with Woodland (www.woodlandworldwide.com) on [27/09/2023], and I received the package on [02/10/2023]. However, to my dismay, the shoes I received were different from the ones I had originally ordered.

I have already paid Rs. 6495 for the shoes, which is a huge amount of money.
I immediately contacted their customer service team ([protected]@woodlandworldwide.com) on [02/10/2023] and explained the situation.
I got a mail on [06/10/2023] assuring a return pick up and refund of my money. I agreed to this, and to my surprise no one showed up to pick up the wrong shoes even after 9 days.
I have contacted their customer service team again, and now, no one is replying. I tried reaching out to through their helpline number, but no one picks it up. Helpline number is always busy.
I have now contacted their customer service team on multiple occasions to inquire about the return pick-up, but I have received nothing. I am extremely frustrated and angry with the way this situation has been handled.
I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to look into this matter
and take strict action.
