I have purchase woodland shoes from WOODLAND NAGPUR SHOP its tongue leather start shrinking within 10 days. I submitted product twice, shopkeeper accepted that product is defected so he send it to Delhi repair department. Repair depart committed that they are going to change its shoue tongue but they return without replace again i am suffering fro the same problem. Shopkeeer tells to talk with customer care i talk but they are helpless not ready to talk with me. please tell what I can do now ?
