I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 2nd feb 2020, delivered in time. But after one time use, while removing the shoes, insole came out with foot. The insole is not properly pasted. Now i couldnt use it because it happens every time and annoying. So kindly replace or solve the defects.

I have purchased a jacket and in one month there are lint everywhere on the jacket . We went to your shop also they misbehaved . I want replacement as early as possible.
