I ordered a jacket which i had to return because of the wrong size. First, they were not responding for the return. After doing multiple follow ups with the company and after raising complaint on your forum, they finally sent some one to pick up the item.
They have picked the item on jan 11, but no refund has been issued to my original mode of payment. I sent emails to them and every-time, they send me the standard reply that the refund is in-processing and will credit in your account in some time.
Its been 12 days now since they have picked the item but no refund.
