Woodland — Money deducted for online shoe purchase no order id generated

I ordered the woodland shoes on July 19th from woodland site.Still My order is not showing in the website after 15 days. I sent payment details and screenshots to Woodland care.after 2 days I received a mail from Woodland care, and they are saying...

''due to temporary technical issues, there will be a delay for the order to be processed & dispatched. kindly be assured that our technical team is working on it & the same shall be resolved at the earliest .''

after 13 days Still, I didn't get any updates about my order.i did a payment via credit card.I want shoes or refund..pls help me.
