Woodland — my shoe side is peeling

Sir, I have purchased shoe Order#[protected]
Now present, shoe is in very bad condition, colour gone and bottom stiching lost.and now it is looking very ugly.
i have purchased in the low time, the shinning of shoe is lost and it is not looking as quality product as woodland.
Present its in warranty period.
Please do needful.
