Dear Woodland My return package is been delivered on Saturday 15.01.2022(proof attached), today is Wednesday 19.01.2022 why it is taking so long to get a refund?? You don't have a proper delivery chain your website is still showing a package ready to deliver(proof attached). you don't respond to emails. after calling 10 times I still can't reach your customers representative. just to return your package you require me to go to India post and post it back to you. on which you have a cap of Rs 150 which made me take a hit of Rs 40. is this an MNC you people are run?? or this is a joke? I have been using woodland shoes and sandals for almost 15 years and never had an issues but my purchase was in retail store. But I am repenting today about their response to my issue with defect piece of sandle which is ordered through woodland website but it sucks. In one shot I have lost the hope and trust on woodland, I am decided that now-onwards no more woodland products, you guys really sucks. Due to pandemic I am working from native and don't have your retails shop, so ended-up in buying through website which is big failure and I hate myself being so loyal to woodland for so long, definitely this is full-stop for purchase of woodland product. Enjoy your pathetic service to customers. I believe there are many people like me who loyal and love this brand but after experiencing this kind of response all will go away from you guys. Very BAD WOODLAND INDIA TEAM.
